Polockistan Emerges

Polockistan

-Out of the midst of Chaos, a new nation rises.-

A new nation, concieved in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal...

Hardly.

Polockistan is a nation for the brave, the strong, the righteous. No handouts will be given out, nor equality meted out.

Polockistan is a very inwardly focused nation, concerning itself not with warfare, though it has a small defensive army, but with internal economy. While it engages in trade, it is strictly regulated. Corporations are given nearly free reign, and feel it is their privilege, nay, their duty, to make as many Polocks as possible.

Polockistan extends the hand of friendship to all nations, regardless of belief, ethics, or lack thereof.

Polockistan Representative,

LifeWyze BioTech acknowledges the rise of Polockistan and wishes to erect four MediCare Facilities within five of your major cities.

LifeWyze MediCare centers are fully operative hospitals that are operated by LifeWyze BioTech. Currently, any LifeWyze MediCare Center is capable of treating six thousand in-patients at any one time and can cover two hundred thousand people. All MediCare centers are staffed by LifeWyze personnel and contain an on-site LifeWyze pharmacy to ensure the best treatment available for patients. Centers also include fifty emergency response vehicles and five emergency response helicopters, parking for five hundred cars and seven helipads. Any private or public hospital will be hard pressed to rival a LifeWyze BioTech MediCare Center. Each MediCare Center comes complete with a Cute Bunny Burger Corporation outlet.

Should you allow us to establish these, we may consider a discount should your nation wish to purchase anything. Furthermore, we may establish more such facilities in the future.

Faithfully,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

-Ministry of Foreign Affairs-

Dear Sir Irvine:

After speaking with our Minister of Health Services, (a rather small ministry, I might add), we have decided to grant your request. We at Polockistan always enjoy gifts, especially those which benefit our citizens. You may begin construction at your leisure, and we would be happy to supply you with any materials or labor we can.

OOC: His company LifeWyzer, produces chemical weaponry and has asked in other threads to purchase people for experiments, these "MediCare Facilities" might be, shall we say, "damaging" to your population

OOC: That would concern me, had I not an ulterior wish to create a supreme species. Those who survive whatever chemical tests he puts them through will be welcomed with a montly government stipend, varying on the amount of deterioration. And, we get to find out fun new ways to kill people. It's a win-win situation.

(OOC: Actually the MediCare Facilities are perfectly honest branches. As income from each one relies on the patients being healed and sent home well and happy, it is best not to experiment or kidnap. *Grins* LifeWyze does, however, offer a Eugenics programme.)

IC:

Mr. Lynn,

If you can provide materials and construction labour, we would be willing to pay $4.4m per MediCare Facility. Construction will begin instantly if you can arrange workers and materials with the view of two constructed in each city per year. Having spoken with my C.F.O., we have agreed to confer preferred buyer status upon your nation.

Sincerely,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

OOC: ah, ok, its usually all right if you have those crazy programs within your nations, you dont go spreading the around to unwilling nations

OOC: Well aside from a lack of morals, LifeWyze is a perfectly upstanding company that breaks absolutely no laws. It is just good business sense *grins* Could Franberry be interested in such facilities? *wink*

(OOC: LifeWyze BioTech has just seperated its' Biological and Chemical Weapons divisions, so currently there are no unique CW's. An R&D co-operation could be excellent. The International Mall (http://s6.invisionfree.com/International_Mall/index.php?showforum=188) storefront has an R&D Co-op post, so if your national company is interested...)
