Hi all!

This is another rp idea I have.
Picture it: The boat you are in sinks in shark infested waters. What will you do?
Before signing up read carefully:
1. Absolutely (_NO _GODMODDING!)
2. If for some reason your character dies (eaten by a shark, killed by another person, starvation..etc) it means he or she has died. No magical cure to bring him/her back to life. If he/she dies, thanks for playing the game and get over it.
3. Your goal is to survive, no matter what. The boat that you and the other pasengers have been on just sunk in warm waters teaming with sharks. The weather is hot, windy..the sun beats down on you..etc. And, that is just in the daytime...
What will you do?
Just average people on a cruise, not expecting anything to go wrong...boat sinks in a storm. I'm not thinking a cruise ship like thing, it's a smaller virsion of that.
So, sign up and try to survive!

P.S. Please be realistic...when choosing the items you will take with you when leaving ship..Choose carefully!
By the way, when I do start the official rp thread, I'm starting it off where the boat has not sunk..yet.
Just leave stats on your character..then you can develope him/her when the rp gets started.

There will be lifeboats and parts of the boat that people try and save or that don't sink.
Yes, this is in the Caribbian
And, sharks will attack if they think you are food that they eat, or if they're hungry..the reason most humans get attacked by sharks is sharks mistake them for something in the shark's food choice.

being 5'8 while it is uncommon and unusual it's not unheard of. I don't see why he has to change it. I mean an RP can become unfun if you start nitpicking. I know a lot of short people, and tall people.

I'm actually not sure about that, so I don't know. However, I don't watch the tv show lost, of course I've heard of it but I don't know anything about it.

In lost, a plane crashes into the water, not a boat sinks. However, I have a suggestion. Perhaps all the characters get stranded on an island and they have to survive on it. I have no problems with your idea but I only want to see how this would go. And I understand everything.

Thanks for your suggestion, however I'm going to keep it as being lost at sea. Perhaps after a while they may find an island..but i don't know.

I'm just wanting to write up some of the stuff in the Journal, firstly, it's a black standard pocket diary, the date is embossed in gold letters as 1979, there is a polaroid slipped into the front which shows a hippy couple at what looks like a camp-site, the first 3 months detail the adventures of Mary Sunrise, February 16th is blacked out and so is December 19th, at around June the Diary starts again with another hand-writing, there is a name scrawled across the top, "Acco Spoot" June the 16th is where it starts with Acco telling everyone how he came across the diary, unfortunantly it's such horribly bad handwriting it's barely readable, week 36 has been erased by what looks like liquid and weeks 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42 have been torn out (teehee, I like Lost) there is a resealable bag on week 52 with the label "merry Christmas!" it contains what looks like weed, lastly there is a picture of Acco Spoot with the words "I love you Mr Spoot!" writing at the bottom in what looks like a womans handwriting, the signature has been burnt off.

Some more info on the Journal, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday of week 17 have been covered over with an A4 sheet of paper which has instructions on how to make meals out of commonly found fruits and vegatables, the back of this shhet has a song from a band named "Flying Pigs" this includes a map of Europe with a line from London to somewhere in Germany including a list of flights at the bottom, the last entry of Acco Spoot says

October 24th

dammit, k, wrong boat, knew I shouldn't have trusted weed from the local dealers, should have used my emergency Christmas reserve (see back of book) ah well, those Greenpeace dudes probably didn't want me anyway but I would have liked to have seen Jane one last time.......... [a large scrawled line has crinkled the paper there are drops of water which have diluted some blood]

Sure you can join! It's not to late and I like the new character..welcome aboard! The ship hasn't sunk yet, I'm waiting to make sure all the passengers are in the dining room before going ahead with the near sinking. I'll ad you to the list of players if you still want to join!
