Gyrobot's cities form first "poor people hunters"
Panhandlers often a sight in some parts of downtown, hoping to get at least a few Recans to survive. However, a few days a new act called "Anti-panhandler/homeless act" Which will grant police, the army or regular civillians to hunt down and kill any panhandler or undesirable sights on the streets. It is all part of the Corporate Sector's new tourism policy. They want to make sure the richer places are devoid of undesirable people who may scare or piss off foreigners. The PM's response was "Well, at least I dont have speak a non native tongue now like my mother told me when I was young"

Gyrobot, why kill them? I'd be happy to take them off your hands as a prisoner exchange. You get rid of your homeless problem, I get penal labor to help reclaim my active napalm proving grounds. Its a win-win!

We ask if this would be in the manner of the Child-Catcher, or more of a Nazi Germany sort of feel. We'd be happy to take a few of themk off your hands; we always always always need more food and more stock; and they reek of both.

Our cops want to have at least 1 kill in their kill ratio before they croak and our civillians always wanted to do that. But maybe if there are any extra left we could hand them to you to deal with.

Why kill them in such a barbaric manner?
Why not capture them and use them as test subjects? Or even work them to death in some sort of gulag. Its a far more effecient way to clean up the streets.

The e-mail read as follows.
