LifeWyze BioTech wishes to erect hospitals within the major cities of foreign countries. Allowing LifeWyze to establish hospitals will be beneficial to all involved as LifeWyze are leaders in the field of medical treatment, capable of treating hundreds of thousands of your citizens at a reasonable expense.

LifeWyze MediCare centers are fully operative hospitals that are operated by LifeWyze BioTech. Currently, any LifeWyze MediCare Center is capable of treating six thousand in-patients at any one time and can cover two hundred thousand people. All MediCare centers are staffed by LifeWyze personnel and contain an on-site LifeWyze pharmacy to ensure the best treatment available for patients. Centers also include fifty emergency response vehicles and five emergency response helicopters, parking for five hundred cars and seven helipads. Any private or public hospital will be hard pressed to rival a LifeWyze BioTech MediCare Center.

All interested nations should voice their interest below.

Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

The Socialist Federation of Tombo-Bill would love to have such hospitals in our capital city. I hope you will not discriminate against any of our many races and hope that your fee is not excessive, for our citizens love a good riot.

We ask you to build one in Constantinople.

Heil!
Office of Foreign Affairs, Constantinople, Tombo-Bill.

The Secular Empire of Maraque applauds what you are doing, but respectfully declines as treatment of any kind at our hospitals nationwide is absolutely free, and this implies that you'd be charging patients.

Tombo-Bill Representative,

LifeWyze will happily construct this desired hospital, now featuring a Cute Bunny Burger Corporation outlet, and if you desire, more can be constructed throughout your country.

Faithfully,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

Maraque Representative,

Should your national Government be willing, LifeWyze can erect its' MediCare Facilities and charge the Government for treatment on a monthly basis. If such a deal interests you, kindly inform us.

Faithfully,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

LifeWyze BioTech readily accepts your offer of allowing us to construct MediCare Facilities within your major cities. As a trial, we wish to erect five such facilities within each of your ten largest cities, meaning a total of fifty new LifeWyze MediCare Facilities incorporating Cute Bunny Burger Corporation outlets.

Should our MediCare Facilities prove profitable, we shall request permission to build more at a future time. Any help that you can provide in the procurement of land and materials, as well as the hiring of several competant construction firms, would be greatly appreciated and we would cover any costs you incur in such an act.

Sincerely,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

FROM: Maraquean Surgeon General

We are highly interested in your offer. How much will the monthly payment be, and how many facilities do you intend on building? Our ten largest cities have a combined population of 2.24 billion.

Maraquean Surgeon General,

In regards to your high populations, LifeWyze would consider the construction of one thousand five hundred facilities, with the potential of building a further one thousand five hundred should this prove it be a profitable endeavour. Monthly payments would be dependant upon the number of in-patients and out-patient per month and what their individual cases are, however a likely estimate is fourty million per month per facility to cover all forms of treatment for all citizens.

We do hope that you shall agree to this and, in doing so, agree to procure land and materials on behalf of LifeWyze, as well as organising construction crews. Should you be willing to do these, LifeWyze shall cover any expenses incurred upon completion of the facilities.

Sincerely,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

I have just consulted with the Emperor and he has authorized the advancement of your facilities and he agrees to the terms fully. Space within our ten largest cities is being cleared as we speak and construction crews are being sorted.

Maraquean Surgeon General,

LifeWyze will begin organising transportation for staff to your country. In addition to the previous discussion we wish to erect the four of the new LifeWyze EduCare Facility that will teach potential medical, nursing and pharmaceutical staff college and university level medicine and science. This will allow for training of your populous to fill our LifeWyze MediCare Facilities.

Sincerely,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

After careful consideration, the Mondothian Medical and Healthcare Administration (MMHA) wishes to enquire about a doctor/specialist exchange to foster an increase of medical innovation and a mutual exchange of techniques and medical resources. If you agree, we would accept one of your hospitals as a training hospital for this exchange program.

Mondothian Medical and Healthcare Administration Representative,

Rather than establishing one of our MediCare Facilities which would likely be unable to compete, perhaps an EduCare Facility would be more appropriate.

Each EduCare Facility comes with qualified LifeWyze doctors, nurses, pharmacists and surgeons capable of training people in a medical field. In allowing LifeWyze to establish EduCare Facilities, your citizens can be trained to occupy highly paid jobs within the LifeWyze BioTech Corporation. Up to five thousand people can be trained in any single EduCare Facility.

If such a resource is of interest to the MMHA then kindly state your approval. LifeWyze would be greatful if you could arrange procurement of land and resources, as well as organising construction crews, and would cover and expense incurred by your nation upon completion of the building.

Yours Faithfully,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

The MMHA already trains our medical profesionals to be some of the best in the world and the additional training provided by an EduCare facility is unlikely to provide the increased skills and innovation an equal exchange of knowledge and techniques would provide through an exchange program or other cooperative research venture. as a leader in the medical field, MMHA is more interested in developing new techniques and innovations than in further training of techniques that are already understood and have already been mastered.

Mondothian Medical and Healthcare Administration Representative,

Currently LifeWyze BioTech is open to co-operative R&D ventures and, if it would please the MMHA, we could consider such an activity. Further more if you are sincerely interested, LifeWyze is willing to erect a MediCare facility within your country provided that LifeWyze could then build a further ten across the next two years, should it prove a profitable ventue.

Yours Faithfully,
Sir James Irvine,
C.E.O. LifeWyze BioTech.

cooperative R&D venture is would be a very acceptable undertaking. We would like to analyze your pricing programs and compatability with the Mondothian Healthcare system before accepting a Medicare facility, but we are otherwise amiable to the idea.
(OOC: Mondoth is a Social Healthcare state, MMHA is the state owned provider your hospitals would probably not be able to compete very effectively.)

(OOC: On the contrary, look at private hospitals in England, they are far more successful. Of course alternatively, patients could receive free healthcare and LifeWyze will charge the government each month.)

Representative,

Due to the economic strain, LifeWyze BioTech no longer opens single MediCare facilities. Were you to allow us to erect four hospitals within this city however, we would gladly do so.

OOC: would probably prefer you to compete with the MMHA hospitals
Cruxium
23-05-2006, 15:47
OOC: Competition could be very amusing. If the LifeWyze BioTech MediCare facilities prove more popular and the company begins trying to dominate the medical care sector, then it could make for an interest line of roleplay.
Mondoth
23-05-2006, 18:37
OOC: Yea, Mondoth's history is rife with Chemical and Biological attacks which has led to an cultural fear of disease and as a result, an excellent healthcare system, including world-class hospitals. It would be interesting to see how a Hospital system that comes from a state without that kind of cultural conditioning would do.

23-05-2006, 22:28
(OOC: Mondoth may be interested in some of the LifeWyze BioTech Exposure Treatment Clinics and Contagion Containment Centers (ETC's and CTC's) designed to counter any biological or chemical warfare attacks swiftly.)

Mondoth Representative,

LifeWyze BioTech would be willing to operate in a free market with your state-run hospitals under the condition that we can open fifteen MediCare Centers and one EduCare Center within your capital city, with a view to open more MediCare and EduCare Centers nationwide should these institutions prove profitable.

Mondoth Representative,

LifeWyze BioTech has learned that your nation seeks R&D partnerships to help develop vaccinations against various forms of biological weaponry. As one of the leaders in this field, LifeWyze would like to engage in an R&D compact with your Government.

Your lan to open Hospitals to compete with the National Medical system has been approved. Also, we are willing to enter into the proposed R&D venture with the ai of developing countermeasures to Chemical and Biological Weapons.
(OOC: Mondoth would rather keep the exposure treatment clinics nationalized for now...)
