WELCOME to Questarian Aerospace Systems Marine Section
[Company Overview]
QAE Systems plc is the largest company in Questers. It is a 'super corporation', if ytou like. It has the highest growth rate and works on 96% of the Ministry of Defence's contracts. Originally, Questarian Aerospace was a Asmall company based in the north of Questers, set up in 1968. Its first military contract was supplying light seaplanes to the Royal Navy for their war in the pacific. However, QAE grew and grew. It jointly worked on production of the HMS Hood and now, in 2006, its revenue is approximately 14 trillion USD and employs over 450 million people worldwide.
We aim to give you one of the best Naval Defence services in the Nationstates world. QAE Systems Marine is the largest section of QAE Systems, and we are very proud of our warships. Indeed, our heavy capital ships used so adeptly by the Questarian Royal Navy are hailed as some of the largest and most powerful in the world. QAE Marine has been contracted in the past with great profit, receiving approximately 15 trillion profit from our previous sales.
QAE Does not give away free equipment (unless subsidised for it), and we do no offer discounts over 4.5% (again, unless subsidised for it) as we are a profit-making corporation. We do, however, upon the recommendation of HM Government, offer limited discounts. They are as follows.
[1.5% discount]
-After spending more than 150 billion
-After buying a vessel above 600,000 tons
[2% discount]
-After spending more than 400 billion
-After buying a vessel above 1,000,000 tons
-A close ally of the United Kingdom (You know who you are!)
[4.5% discount]
-After spending more than 700 billion
-After buying three vessels above 1,000,000 tons
-A member of the Questarian Commonwealth
-A nation at war with the WACL or the CAD (Please provide links!)
As per the 2005 National Defense Embargo Act, the United Kingdom Government has restricted the sale of anything over 100,000 tons to the following:
-A CAD Member
-A WACL Member
Please set out your order form with at least the following information:
a.) what you plan to order,
b.) how much it will cost
c.) how much it will cost with a discount, if neccessary
Shares
You may offer to buy shares in QAE, although prepare to be denied as QAE does not like selling shares. Currently, the following have shares in QAE:
1.) Independent Hitmen Navy - 2.5%
Licenses
HM Government gives licenses to build certain vessels that we are not allowed to sell to any old person. These currently include the Renown and Hood class vessels. If you are allowed to purchase one, you will be issued with an 'HM GOVERNMENT CHARTER', registered as EX (for EXPORT), 00 (for the number in line that you are for ordering; eg, the sixth to order will be 06), N for NAVAL, and R/H for RENOWN/HOOD. If you are licensed for two, you will get two licenses; eg, EX03NR and EX04NR. Here is the list of licenses.
1.) Franberry, EX01NR
2.) Independent Hitmen, EX02NR
3.) Stevid, EX03NR
4.) Mer Des Ennuis, EX04NR, EX05NR
[Terminology and Classification]
We have created this to assist those who are not fully knowledgeable with naval equipment. Though the Royal Navy itself does not use these designations, we have provided them for you as a gesture of kindness.

THE 27.1 INCH GUN
Various designs use the 27.1" gun, or a nearby number in millimetres (687 or something). All designs have been refitted with the BL Mk II 690mm/85 naval gun. The stats for this are as follows:
Type: Naval Gun
Bore/Calibre: 690mm[27.1 inch] / 85 cal
Range: 170,000 metres max
Elavation: -3 deg / 46 deg
Shell Weight: AP; 6,650 kg, HE; 6,500 kg
Muzzle Velocity: 944 m/s
Rate of Fire: 2 RPM
Therefore, any ship that has a '27.1 inch' gun, or a calibre in millimetres between 686-690 has been refitted with the gun mentioned above. The turret number and guns per turret will stay the same.
THE 133mm GUN
All ships with 5", 127mm, 152mm, 155mm, 6", 6.1" (ya I know they're the same) has had said guns refitted with the Mk XI RP10 twin 13.3cm 70 cal. Stats are as follows:
Type: Naval Gun
Bore/Calibre: 133mm / 70 cal
Range: 29,500 metres max
Elavation: -5 deg / 80 deg
Muzzle Velocity: 1024 m/s
Rate of Fire: 6 RPM

OCEAN CLASS CV
Image (http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f16/MattShipwrighter/QAE/HMSOcean.png)
Overview
Following the decomission of the Invincible class CVNs, the Ocean became the primary aircraft carrier of the RN, and the entire class was slowly refitted. The Ocean is a capable aircraft carrier with the ability to launch a large variety of aircraft on multiple roles. The Ocean is fully fitted with Command and Control, giving it the ability to command an entire battlegroup from within its control centre, as well as serving as potent firepower delivery. Though the engine is not nuclear, it can still attain a high speed and a fairly long range.

VICTORIOUS CLASS BBN
Image (http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f16/MattShipwrighter/QAE/HMSVictorious.png)
Role: The Victorious is one of the Homefleet’s most potent warships. Heavily armoured, well armed, and capable of reaching high speeds, the Victorious is a battleship to be feared. Although it does not have any large Command and Control systems, the Victorious performs excellently in the Ship of the Line role. It is one of the ships that QAE Marine is most proud of. It is first and foremost a gunship, lacking missiles for its giant 15 27.1in guns that is a threat to even the largest super dreadnought.

BROADSWORD CLASS BATTLECRUISER
The Broadsword is the new battlecruiser of the QRN. The Bowman class was brought out of service as its idea was flawed and the use of a FASTSHIP hull on a vessel that size turned out to be impractical. The two main features of the Broadsword are its large ECM, ECCM, and general electronics arrays, and its nuclear/steam propulsion that allows it a super-high endurance with high burst speeds. The Broadsword is designed for theatres where it may have to stay at sea for long periods with refuel, and acts as an excellent commerce raider.
Construction:
The construction of the Broadsword emphasised on speed; therefore her bow is specially designed to defeat wave resistance, which it has by 9%. In addition, the cross sectional of the ship, the bulbous bow specifically, is designed to trick water into believing the ships cross sectional is rapidly changing, also dropping wave resistance. The hull is streamlined and in addition to the waterjets there are four engine pods along the bottom of the ship to increase manoeuvrability. The thin beam, with a ratio of 8.73:1 also assists with the build-up of speed. The Broadsword’s hull is divided up into 5,244 watertight compartments. At full speed, the Broadsword has a tactical diameter of 831m. Her rolling period is 18.1 seconds and her metacentric height is 2.74. Well placed and constructed damage control tanks allows the Broadsword to recover from a list of 19 degrees.
Specifications
Displacement: 319,144 T normal
Length: 480m
Beam: 55m
Draught: 18m
Block Coefficient: 0.644
Natural Speed: 45.10
Protection
Although the Broadsword does not count on armour for protection, its armour scheme follows QRN standard and is still formidable to any assault.
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f16/MattShipwrighter/Questers/armourscheme.png
As this is a standardised diagram, each individual design has to specify how much armour each colour relates to. These are as follows: the blue layer represents 300mm, the red 50-150mm, the dark grey 150-200mm, the light grey 25-50mm, the black represents 550mm of armour, the green 100-300mm.
In addition, 17 triple barrelled, RADAR guided, 50mm guns are dotted around the ship in various positions acting as CIWS, with a range of some 3km, a ROF of 1500 RPM, and a storage of 11,000 shells per gun in total.
For close range missile defence, 4 quad rolling airframe launchers firing the ‘Alamein’ class anti air missile.
Guns
The main gun armament of the Broadsword consists of three turrets; A, B, and X, each with four guns of 27.1in/60 calibre. Each gun is rifled with 80 grooves attaining a maximum, unguided range of 142km. The barbette armour for each turret is 700mm and the turret face is 620mm. Both are constructed from plates of HSLA steel. The elevation rate is 10 degrees a second, rotation is 1.7 degrees a second, and the maximum elevation is -5/+45. Flooding and pumping allows each magazine, which holds 240 shells, to be flooded completely within 16 minutes. The armour piercing shell weighs 5500kg and the superheavy shell 6100kg. The gun fires at 900m/s opening muzzle velocity. The rate of fire is 1.25 RPM. The guns are directed by the
Mark 60 IRLAR Gun Director [INFRARED, LADAR, RADAR] and optically by a pair of 30m rangefinders per turret.
The secondary weapons are twenty turrets, each turret with a pair of 5.25”/55 rifled guns with 300 rounds per gun. The guns are directed by secondary RADAR directors and are semi automatic controlled by a spring operated rammer and hydraulic motors. The main use of the 5.25” DP’s is for flak, with a range of 30km they can put up a wall of flak for incoming missiles to fly through or to shoot down HELOs, and to pose a threat to submarines and patrol boats.
Missilewise, there are three VLS boxes; P, Q, and R boxes. R box is 40x20, with each cell being a metre in length and a metre In width and nine metres in depth. P and Q cells are all mounted below the smokestacks and are 40x8. This gives the Broadsword a total VLS capability of 1,440 missiles. These are not reloadable.
In addition, two boxes, F and G, form the long range component of the missile strike. Each box holds 6x3 cells, which are 3m in length and 3m in width; these cells are 14m deep and again they are not reloadbable.
Accomodation:
Accommodation on the Broadsword is cramped. Even with heavy automation the Broadsword only manages a 1800 man complement allowing a room for every 4 sailors (though officers get their own bunks). Two mess halls and kitchens with space for 24 months stores complement 2 recreation rooms and a small internet café for sailors to communicate with families at home if possible.
Propulsion:
The Broadsword’s propulsion uses CONAS – COmbined Nuclear and Steam. Four nuclear pressurised water reactors provide the main cruising speed, allowing 30 knots through 12 shafts and 6 waterjets. 8 steam turbines through a pair of smokestacks gives the Broadsword the ability to ‘sprint’ at 38 knots. While cruising the SHP of the ship is 600,000 and while sprinting it is 725,000.
Aircraft Launch:
There are 4 internal elevators on the stern for UAVs and small HELOs – 4 launchers for UAVs provides a launch method for the 24 UAVS the ship holds and if necessary there is space for 4 HELOs and enough fuel for 60 hours of flight time per HELO.

BY ORDER OF THE CROWN; THE RENOWN IS NOT FOR SALE TO FOREIGN DEFENCE COMPANIES WITHOUT PRIOR SERIOUS NEGOTIATION. IT IS MOST LIKELY THAT YOUR PURCHASE OF A RENOWN WILL BE DENIED BY THE CROWN PROCUREMENT ACT OF SUPERWANK 2006.
Overview: The Renown is the smaller version of the Hood. Standing at 1,850 metres Renown is the ultimate expression of Questarian naval engineering. Her three hulls combined displace an amazing 19 million tons and her 40, yes, 40, 27.1in guns deliver firepower unknown before. The Renown is the third largest warship afloat and she is one of the strongest. The Renown can act as a C4I ship, it has considerable anti air and anti submarine capabilities, and it can act as a lineship as it is extremely heavily armoured. Though a strong escort is neccessary, any capship apart from a Yui or a Hood will run from this mighty vessel. An expression that Questers really does rule the waves.
History: The Hood has just been launched. Its five sisters are about to follow. While th world is marvelling at their construction, QAE has already broken open the champagne a long while back and started designing Renown. These ship were to accompany Hood, and already the lessons learnt from Hood were being incorporated here. It was decided a longer beam was needed, so a trimaran form was chosen; first the beam was set at 268m, Hood's. Then it was further advanced to 290m, and then once again to 315m. The length had already been set, and draught was just a matter of stability issues which was finally settled. In fact, while defenses ministries and admiralties across the world were being sick with the news of Hood's launch, Renown's test form was already cruising along. Of course, she was to scale, and she performed beautifully. Construction began, and then there was a hitch - it was remembered that Renown was meant to be shorter than Hood, and preliminary leaked numbers had stated she was longer. This was quickly rectified and soon, Renown was well under construction. The admiralty never specified a speed, but they were pleasently surprised when QAE announced a speed of 26 knots top and a turning speed of 16km. Waterjets and nuclear with steam boilers was obviously the chosen method. Some environmental concerns were found when it was discovered just how much smoke the Renown put out of her funnels; this was quickly discarded as 'irrelevent information.' A problem with acquiring the tungsten was found and work was delayed; it was decided to decrease the amount of tungsten used, at that point. The design would have more HSLA steel and titanium to compensate. Renown was finally launched, and so marked the last heavy capital ship of the Royal Navy. End of an era.
Construction: The construction of the Renown was based around defense, and firepower. Therefore, it was decided that the turrets should be laid down in the ABC, PQ, and XYZ configuration with all quadruple turrets. She uses the standard armour system with heavy reinforcement and a long titanium keel reinforcement. The problem that Hood suffered with VLS defense on the bow has been solved with better application of missile placement and weight and as a result the ship is stronger and steadier. The superstructure is scattered - one large piece towards the centre of the ship, behind C turret and ahead of P turret with three funnels and all the main electronics. Crew compartments are scattered around the fore of the ship mostly, with some underneath the superstructure. A total of four great mess rooms allow the crew to eat well, with supply bunkers for 18 months supplies, including fresh water. She has a high metacentric height, though this is countered with her large draught. This gives the ship a steady roll with a roll time of 15 seconds, making a good gunboat. She has two rudders, one extremely larger and another quite smaller, all along the centreline. The trimaran hulls themselves are not powered but they do have six pods (each) with 100,000 SHP of power for additional power and manouvering. The bridge windows are 60mm thick perspex that is shatter and bulletproof.

QAE MARINE is pleased to announce its first sales, and gladly, to our ally Independent Hitmen, which will include one of the mighty Renown class battleships.
The order tallies in at a mighty 5.9 trillion USD, a relief for QAE whose value has been falling in recent times.
FIVE Prince of Wales class to INDEPENDENT HITMEN @ 2.5 trillion
THREE Illustrious class to INDEPENDENT HITMEN @ 900 billion
FOUR Ocean class class to INDEPENDENT HITMEN @ 480 billion
TWELVE Victorious class to INDEPENDENT HITMEN @ 1.5 trillion
ONE Renown class LICENSED FOR CONSTRUCTION by HM GOVERNMENT CHARTER EX02NR to INDEPENDENT HITMEN @ 817.15 billion.
In addition, the nation of SOCHATOPIA will be purchasing FIVE Ocean class at the cost of 435 billion, as its discount has been denied by QAE on the basis of sochatopia not being a close friend of the UK. The ships will be sailed to SOCHATOPIAN YARDS with a SKELETON CREW who will then be flown back.
In other news, QAE has had a massive contract for eight hundred quick build destroyers for the RN itself. As the war in Juumanistra steps up, QAE looks set to make a fortune.

PANAVIA SPARROWHAWK AIR SUPERIORITY WARPLANE
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f16/MattShipwrighter/QAE/SparrowhawkG3.png
History
The Sparrohawk was developed by Panavia, the combat aerospace section of QAE. It was a part of the Airforce Expansion Program of 2010, its first incarnation labelled the T31 Goshawk, and then went through four different stages of development. The Goshawk was about to be released as a full CTOL craft, when the Illustrious class CVN was decommisioned, and the Ocean was apparently soon to follow. It was thought that only the Audacious and the Ardent would remain, and so the Goshawk was turned into a STOVL plane while the battle about the Ocean raged in parliament. It was thought the battle was won, when Parliament, under influence from the young Rear Admiral Riew, voted to keep the Ocean, and as such the T32 Goshawk, the STOVL variant, was reconsidered totally. What became of it was the Sparrowhawk G3.

INVINCIBLE CLASS BATTLESHIP
PICTURE (http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f16/MattShipwrighter/Questers/Ships/HMSIllustrious.png)
Overview
The ‘Invincible’ class battleship was created when the Royal Navy asked QAE Marine designers to create a design for a lineship designed to engage other battleships at long range with gun and missile fire. Eight different designs, labelled A-H where set forth and eventually F was chosen because of its high armour value. The first ‘Invincible’ was laid down in early 2006 and launched in March 06. After sea trials where a blade was thrown (and promptly replaced) she was commissioned by HM the Queen on the 1st of May as HMS Invincible. Her pennant number was B 142. Her Captain, John Wilkinson RN, DSC, took her from Portsmouth to Singapore where ‘Invincible’ was sworn into the Pacific Fleet and began her first patrol to Port Royal. ‘Royal Navy Monthly’ recalled a large number of the magazines most recent copies to print a picture of the Invincible on the front, and renamed that issue ‘INVINCIBLE!’
Specifications:
The ‘Invincible’ class is 542m long on the waterline, and 551m long overall. She has a beam of 58m and a draught of 22.3. Empty, she displaces 480,000 tonnes, with Low stores (brown water and ammunition) she displaces 498,000 tonnes, and with Full displacement (full ammo, long range stores and fuel) she displaces 532,000 tonnes. Her effective complement is 4,600 crewmen with a bunk for every four men and a room for every senior officer. Four large mess rooms, a gymn, and a cybercafé give the crew a means to relax when not in combat or on manoeuvres. Space is provided for 40 marines.
Weaponry
Guns
The ‘Invincible’s’ Main Armament are 12 688mm/62 rifled cannons. Each cannon is 41.91metres long and there are four turrets (A,B,X,Y) each with three cannons. Each turret is equipped with a pair of 40cm optical gunnery rangefinders running at 325 MHz that can scan and effectively engage targets up to 38,250m metres away. Using RADAR guidance from the Mark 94A gunnery directors the cannons can engage targets up to 121,241m away without rocket assist and 644,341m with rocket assist. Each cannon can be elevated from -3 degrees to +45 degrees. Each cannon is provided with 80 shells. Each turret is mounted on a barbette protected by 800mm of HSLA steel and the front face of each turret is protected by a layer of 650mm HSLA steel.
The secondary armament of the ‘Invincible’ class is 24 133mm dual purpose cannons, in dual turrets mounted equally port and starboard. These guns can be elavated from -5 degrees to +80 degrees and are used to shoot down missiles and aircraft using specialist airburst rounds. Each turret holds 240 shells in its magazine. The shells range from airburst rounds to armour piercing shells for anti shipping work. They are controlled by the Mark 97B Gun Control.
Furthermore, eight 'Sea Shield' class six-barreled-35mm close-in-weapons-system chainguns are located around the ship. They can track twenty targets at a time at engage at ranges around 1300m. Each gun can kill a pair of missiles before impact. They are controlled by the CPDC RADAR sensor and can shoot at up to 4000 RPM total. Alongside this sixty mounts for quad 40mm cannons are dotted around the ship for further anti air firepower.
Missiles
Missile firepower is provided in the form of three VLS boxes - 3 96 cell boxes. This provides the 'Invicible' with 288 vertical launch cells capable of handling anti air, anti submarine, and anti shipping missiles. Each cell is 9m deep, and 1 metre long and 1 metre wide. The missiles are controlled by the Mark105A Combined RADAR LADAR InfraRed Missile Director System that can track up to 2,500 different missiles and sixty different ships simultaenously. For short range air defence, twelve Hastings sextuple barrelled short range rolling airframe missiles are fitted around the ship. The Hastings is a fast, manoeuvrable missile that can reach ranges of 30km to hit incoming missiles and aircraft. They can be fired almost instantly at a moments notice as long as a target is available.
Armour
The 'Invincible' Class uses the Mark A Armour Scheme, [Link] (http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f16/MattShipwrighter/Questers/ArmourSchemeA.png), capable of defeating shell sizes up to and including 600mm and even withstanding the infamous 635mm shell. During tests the Mark B Armour Scheme resisted 11 762mm AP shells to the vertical and 5 762mm AP shells to the horizontal. Protection against subsurface threats is provided in the form of six 'Sea Serpent' anti submarine/torpedo decoys launched from the ship and twelve 533mm CIWS TT. The 'Invincible' is full NBC protected and sealed.
The armour values are as follows:
Horizontal
-725mm HSLA steel
-200mm Titanium/Tungsten layered mix
-200mm Ceramic/Boron/Silicon Composite
-Honeycomb network frame to add extra support for the deck armour and a 55mm thick DS steel layer on top and below to serve as a decapper and a support for snapping bolts, respectively.
Vertical
-900mm HSLA steel
-2x 150mm Titanium/Tungsten layered mix
-300mm Ceramic/Boron/Silicon Composite
-Foam layer
-250mm of HSLA steel behind the main armour layer to serve as extra added support for both structure and armour.
Propulsion and Sensors
The 'Invincible' uses the CODNAS propulsion system – Combined Diesel, Nuclear, and Steam. Four nuclear pressurised heavy water reactors alongside 8 steam turbines linked to two pairs of boilers operating smokestacks amidships supported by 4 12,000KW turbo GT generators provide a total of 2 GW of power to motivate the ships 4 shafts. Each shaft drives a pair of bladed props which move the ship to speeds of up to 36 knots maximum.
The sensors included on the 'Invincible' are:

SUBMARINES
If it submerges, it goes here!
[RESOLUTION CLASS SSN]
Overview
The "Resolution" Class Submarine is the most recent SSN design for the Questarian Royal Navy and it will be replacing the last of the "November" SSG's from service, bringing the Admiralty's long awaited plans for an all-nuclear navy to fruition. The "Resolution" is a huge upgrade on the earlier "Monarch" SSN's, improving the length by almost 60 metres. Because of this, the "Resolution" has a far greater armament than the "Monarch" and will be able to fullfill roles that the "Monarch" could not easily or efficiently take on. The "Resolution" will be used in anti subsurface, anti shipping, and shore bombardment roles and will also be used alongside the new "Orient" class Cruiser Submarines in deploying special forces to remote locations.
Dimensions:
Length: 150 Metres
Beam: 11 Metres
Draught:: 12 Metres
Diving Depth: 550 metres crush depth, 680 emergency
Displacement: 19,450 tons Surfaced, 17,000 Submerged
Endurance: 8 Months on full rations
Complement: 112
Armament
The main armament of the "Resolution" is the VLS missile tubes right down the submarine's back from the conning tower. Divided up into three columns, each with 18 1 metre square VLS cells that are 10.55 metres deep. These VLS cells will store Conventional Cruise Missiles as well as NationStates calibre anti shipping missiles. As per usual, the missiles cannot be reloaded at sea.
For defence, there is a caseless 30mm C(ombined)©annon(M)issile(P)oint(D)efense [CCMPD] cannon with 11,000 rounds mounted on the conning tower. It is fully streamlined and fitted so that it reduces drag by 80%.
The torpedo tubes are split equally and mounted on the bow and the starboard bow, eight in total. Each torpedo tube can fire torpedoes as big as 30" but in the Questarian Royal Navy the standardised 28" Swordfish Nuclear Torpedo is used. Onboard the ship there are space for 18 spare torpedoes and reload time is 2.4 minutes minimum.
Complement
The "Resolution" class is furbished extremely well. Onboard the "Resolution", there is a 1.9m by 1.5m bunk for every crewman (3m squared for officers), a revolution in Questarian Submarine technology. In addition there is one mess room, and two prep rooms, one for group recreation and another for personal recreation. Some boat companies like to purchase snooker tables and widescreen televisions for their boats, all permitted by the Royal Navy. There are two kitchens, one for preparing and storage and one for cooking. Six of the staff onboard are trained navy cooks.
There are 12 comissioned officers of the Lieutenant Rank and above: One Captain, one XO, one Watch Officer, two Engineer Officers, one Navigation Officer, two Weapons Officers, a Complementary Officer (no, as the name implies, it doesn't come free. The Complementary officer looks after the well-being of the crew.) two Detection officers, and a Helms officer.
Propulsion
The propulsion method in the "Resolution" SSN is a single Stockford 4-4-1 Pressurised Heavy Water Reactor [S441 PHWR], developed specially for this design. As the admiralty plans to use the "Resolution"s for a maximum of thirty years there will be no need for fuel replacements on the nuclear reactor. The reactor is assisted by two Stockford 4-4-1 Turbines again developed specially for this design. There is one shaft with a Stockford Pump Jet with two pairs of four-bladed rotors and a fixed duct. A pair of diesel alternators are fitted with a pair of emergency drive motors and a pair of emergency retractable propellors. The propulsion on the "Resolution" will allow it to push the speed to 3 knots submerged at 100 metres and 29 knots surfaced.
Electronics:
-Type 450 Submergible Vertical Scan SONAR:
This is the SONAR array mounted on the conning tower.
-Type 460 Externally Mounted Scan SONAR
This is the SONAR array fixed in plates to the bow of the Submarine.
-Type 475 Internally Mounted Scan SONAR
This is the system that gathers information from the Type 460 and Type 450 and shows it to the SONAR Officer.
-Type 900 Submergible Vertical Scan RADAR
This is the RADAR array mounted on the conning tower.
-Type 200 Submergible Vertical Scan LADAR

The People's Navy of the Socialist Sultanate Dutchydom of Franberry (PNSSDF) has long been looking for a destroyer to replace the aging Type 50-P class. We could think of no better destroyer to escort our 2 Renowns and 2 Hoods than the Admiral Sommerville class. However, we plan to build them in large amounts, and would apreciate it if we were granted production rights. Our nation is putting together an upgrade for our full military and would like to know if you would be willing to put together a 3,500 combat size fleet ranging from CVNs to SSNs. We are also looking for 7,500 non-combat size fleet for the logistics for our naval forces. We are also willing to place a large amount of funds into your company for this purpose. We are willing to spend in the area of 15.5 Trillion USDs for this purpose and more if needed.
In closing we would like to hear back from you as soon as you can and look forward to working with your company on this project.
