The land of Tibet was independent at last, under a monarchy said to descend from the Kings of old. Emperor Mes-Agtshom of Tibet ruled from Lhasa and Tibet became traditionalist, having Tibetan Buddhism as the state religion of Tibet. Tibet's Dalai Lama was respected and kept as an national icon.
Tibet would be open to diplomacy, some feared for China to try and retake Tibet.

We thank Prince William for recognizing our nation's independence. We accept opening diplomatic relations with Wilhemsborough and a military force would be good. And yes, the Dalai Lama is happy and glad.
Note-I may change Tibet's government later, I am planning things out.
Just wondering, but did you ever find anything like good crop land, oil, or minerals? The whole reason why China kept you was to see if there was anything in Tibet.

The Principality of Wilhelmsborough will be sending diplomats to your country. We will also be sending an army under the command of General Kim Herat to defend your nation from any outside invasion. We believe that there is an abandoned Chinese military base outside the capital city of Lhasa. With your permission, we would like to use that base to house our troops and equipment.

Bahhumbug!!! The Concept of Race is A Reactionary Idea. Off with your head! Right after you are bored to Death! The Chinese are not a monolithic super ethnicity. They have plent of minority nations...Manchus were the Ching Dynasty they are of the Altaic groups...so yeah they are related to the Koreans and the Japanese. And China did rule over Korea and the Viets, and heavily influence their sphere...but still THE MANCHU CHING were FORIEGNERS...to the majority of the HAN. We still call China by its last foriegn dynasty...Imagine if British Isles were called by the German dynasty?
You've got the northern Han Mandarin and the Southern Cantonesesque...the Haka, the Yin, Min, Yeun. Each had an empire/kingdom for a few centuries. Hell the Tibetan used to own the Talim Basin and most of the New Province not to mention the entire Roof and Burma!
Various central asie nomads raided the Han for centuries. Xiaxia, xnongnu...Mongols...Uighers for a while all ruled huge chunks of China. Then there are the times of trouble! Warlods of the Republic era. Current division of China...dangerous that...China used to rule a lot of territory. If they Went Mongolian on the World they would rule most of the Eurasian Continent. From India to Burma to China to Koreas to Persia to Russia to half of Eastern Europe. I'm sure several of these people carry "Chinese" Genes.

BESIDES, Tibet will be flooded by a bunch of RICH WHITE BORED OCCIDENTALS. They will know how to read. So the drop will be to about a 95% literacy.:rolleyes:
