2 Billionth Citizen is Born
AP-On this day May 20, 2006, at 1:30:17:02 A.M. the two billionth citizen, a healthy baby girl was born, to Allena and Koichi Matsuki. Yuki Alexandra Matsuki was declared healthy by the hospital staff, and was removed from the New Born Watch Unit, to her mothers bed side. Weighing in a 5 lbs, 80 oz, 2,500 grams, with no birth defects or other medical problems.
"It's very exciting." Says Prime Minister Romney. "I've been waiting for this for so long. And it's nice that our two billionth is born to an average family, no real government positions. Glad to know she is healthy, and well."
People gathered outside the hopsital to celebrate. Holding signs saying 2 billion, Boy or Girl? Who will it be? And putting down a candal for each hour .
Alleana Matsuki was amazed when she found her first child would be the 2 billionth citizen of the country.
"It's just I love my country, I love my husband. I'm very exicted, I'm glad she is healthy. But she will be treated as any other normal child will be."
Checks, and gifts flew in from all over the country. "Congradualtion cards" Bublegum Cigars, treats, Teddy Bears, and other gift baskets.
The exact five pounds had some doctors a little concerned. For a short while they put Yuki in the New Born Watch Center, which carefully looks for signs of health problems or defects. Yuki was taken out of NBWC at 2:00 A.M. and was put by her mothers side.
Carmina Gadalica Hospital is very exicted as well to be the hospital that recived the two billionth child. Cheif of Medicen Dr. Evan Prichard, has authorized to wave half of the medical expenses, and even put up a plaque.
"The one billionth citizen was born in Starlight City, The Millionth was Born in Port Kyohami, and now we have the two billionth. You bet we're happy."
As a further percaution both Yuki and Allena are being kept for one more day in the hospital for examination. They will be released tomorrow morning.
After a day of examination it was found both the mother and child we're perfectly healthy, and ready to be discharged from the hospital. They left to roaring applause, cheers and tossing flowers.

?!- After reading the news report- King Winston I looked down at his desk and shook his head- why do you keep giving me these reports to read, I don't care about someones 2 billionith, or 1 millionith, or whatever being born. I've got over 3.5 billion of my own citizens to worry about. I've lost count of how many I had to read of these reports- with that his aide interrtered him and said 5 sir. To which the king replied "AND WHO TOLD YOU TO KEEP COUNT"! and at that smacked the aide in the head.
The following day the king issued a proclamation over the nations telecommunations system. My fellow citizens I ask you to bear with me and allow me to count on your support to raid our world of these so called baby nations, shall anymore pop up. For too long has these babies ruined the world with their crying for attention. If they want attention- well by dog we give it to them.
In closing, Any future nation declearing any more of these ionith stories shall hence forth be issued a declearation of war from our government and nation.
