No, however those steps are being taken to protect our own citizens first. The nation of Kubra and its citzens has shown that the rights of its own people to make their own chooices is not that important. To us it is and as such our government will do whatever it takes to protect OUR CITIZENS FIRST, then others. That ban will be lifted once the citizens of Kubra are allowed to think for themselves. Which they are not currently doing.
