The government of Benlandngdo has decided to send much of our airforce and some special troops to the Peoples Republic of Good Happiness. We are doing this because o a terrorist attack on us by an orginazation based in Good Happiness. We ask for Good Happiness to cooperate. If they do not, we will be forced to destroy them. We ask to use airbases in the country. We also wish that they send soldiers to help us. If they do not comply within 48 hours, we will begin an aerial assualt, destroying the countries heart.

The Imperial Land of Findan Condemns this attack on the nation of Good Happiness. We wish that Benlandngdo had asked Good Happiness if they could send troops there in the first place.

well, the odds favor the armed men, but if you invade the naked guy's land, you must realise that they probably know the land better than you do, meaning they can quite easily set up suprise ambushes and halt your supply lines through the nation. Given that in this fight he does have the homefield advantage, has more men, and has several nations that have vowed to protect him, I'd say invasion is not your best option.

The Community of Siap wishes to offer a peaceful solution:

Good Happiness wishes to have its sovereignty respected, and therefore will not allow foreign troops within its border. This is understandable.

Benlandngdo wishes to not be nuked. This is also understandable.

If it is true that Good Happiness has terrorists operating within its border, and that these terrorists have nuclear capabilities, then they must be stopped.

We propose that a small (Under 50) coalition of Benlandngdo military officers be allowed to meet with an equally small coalition of Siapian Intelligence Network (SIN) counterterrorist experts. This coalition then would work to advise a military force consisting fully of Good Happiness soldiers on the capture of these terrorists. The Community would be willing to foot the military costs to GH of this operation in the name of making the world safer.

Failing that, The Community would like to send an expeditionary force to Good Happiness that would be commanded by a GH general and advised by a SIN counterterrorism agent.

The Community has decided that if our proposals are ignored and Benlandngdo does assault GH, then an annual loan $120 Billion for defense will be made available, as well as support from the Siapian Intelligence Network, until its sovereignty is secured. This would make GH's available defense budget almost triple that of Benlandngdo. We hope that both nations will consider our offers.

P.S.

Benlandngdo, if you do invade Good Happiness, and they choose to accept our loans, your nation will be treated as collateral for those loans. We do not want conflict, and we suggest that both Benlandngdo and Good Happiness consider our proposals.
