This RP would follow up the Myst series of the first four games, and would effectively be the 5th game (which would replace End of the Ages). If you've ever played any of the Myst series games, I'm sure you will find this RP exciting.
I mostly want to play with experienced and committed RPers. Even if you don't have experience with the Myst series, I think you'll be able to pick up the general characteristics of the story fairly quickly.
The story line will go as follows:
14 years have elasped since Revelation. After the return of the Stranger to Earth once more, Atrus, Catherine, and Yeesha enjoyed many years of peace on Tomohna. Now, 14 years later, someone other than the stranger has found the Myst linking book. Surprisingly enough, two young adults (a guy and girl) find it and link to Myst. From there, they find Atrus' library and discover teh different Ages he has created.
Meanwhile, the Stranger learns that his book has been tampered with, and links to Myst to figure out who. When he finds that the two have linked to D'ni, he chases after them to Atrus' library.
Atrus realizes that something has gone wrong, and goes himself to Dn'i to confront the two "invaders". Meanwhile, one of the two actually finds a world created by Yeesha, and is tampering with the world itself, threating to destroy it. Yeesha must go to her world and stop the tamperer at all costs.
Finally, in the moment no one saw coming, a man from D'ni's past appears. It seems that Ghen has somehow found a way to break through his prison book. He links to Tomohna and once more kidnaps Catherine, stealing linking books as he goes.
Eventually, Atrus, the Stranger, and Yeesha will have to go after her, after they deal with the threat of the young adults.
