The Constitution of the
Empire of Metalfury
Preamble
The supreme Metalhead, in order to secure for all people the glory of true metal, does upon this day, the Eighteenth day of May found the glorious Empire of Metalfury. This constitution sets forth in writing the laws and rules upon which the empire shall forever stand.
Article One
The Empire is ruled by the Supreme Metalhead, the Overlord of Metal, the one and only, Metalasaurus. All who stand for the true power and glory of metal are welcome to become citizens of the Empire. The Empire steadfastly refuses to allow citizenship to those who embrace such abominations as Nu-Metal, Rap Metal or Alternative-Metal. True metal is understood to encompass Speed Metal, Thrash Metal, Power Metal, Epic Metal, Death Metal, Grindcore, Folk Metal, Black Metal, Doom Metal, Gothic Metal, Symphonic Metal, Atmospheric Metal and Viking Metal.
Article Two
Metalfury is an Empire. As such it is governed by a supreme ruler. There is a legislative body which is elected by the people of the Empire. The laws passed by the legislature are all subject to final approval of the Supreme Metalhead. All laws passed by the legislature must uphold the principals of metal. Any laws which violate these principals will automatically be declared unconstitutional and will be vetoed.
The qualifications of election to the legislative body are as follows:
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Must be a citizen of the Empire from birth
• Must exhibit in depth knowledge of metal
Article Three
The Judicial branch of the Empire is formed to hear cases of law. Any disputes of law must be brought before the court. The Supreme court is to be comprised of thirteen judges. These thirteen judges are tasked with hearing all cases brought before them and making a ruling upon said cases. Their rulings must be in keeping with this constitution. Any rulings made by the Supreme Court can, at any time, be overturned by the Supreme Metalhead.
The qualifications to be appointed as a judge to the Supreme Court are as follows:
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Must be a citizen of the Empire from birth
• Must exhibit in depth knowledge of metal

This constitution is subject to the mandates of the Supreme Metalhead. The Supreme Court and Legislative body cannot change this document. They are bound by the provisions and enumerated powers set forth in this document. Any attempt by these bodies to interpret or change this document will be seen as treason and will be punished.
