The Nicksyllvanian Imperium seeks a Heavy Tank Design. Any Design team from any nation will be eligible to participate. Any Runnerups may have their design purchased for $2 Trillion under their confirmation.

Minimum Specification required:
Heavy Armour that can withstand Modern AT weapons (DU Armour is accepted)
Speed of at least 40km/h on road, 20km/h offroad
140mm ETC Cannon
Anti-Aircraft Countermeasures
2 Machineguns and 40mm Auto-Grenade Launcher
Inclusion of an Autoloader
3 man Crew
Auto-aim feature

Under Payment, the Nicksyllvanian Imperium and the Design team will duelly hold the production rights of the Tank.
