I'm not sure quite where I can post this, but I am here to announce my new nation in the South Pacific.

Ad Lucem - Towards the Light
I am eagerly looking for the following things in my new land:
A new place to move to. Got any good ones?
Some alliances. Or, a few treatys saying 'we hate you'.
Tips for a new leader.
