Hataria starts Elections for Shogun

After The Tilean Crisis, Empress Serena soon decided to declare that The People of Hataria would vote for another Leader, a Co-Ruler, a Shogun to take control of The Imperial Senate and The House of Commons which made up the Diet.

Candates (All From The Military)

Grand General Ming Asakura (Wants more Training for Sailors, Marines and troops for The Next war that would start and more Troops from the Territories)
Grand General Nadia Le Harvae (Wants a Larger Military to be built up and More Money for Schools and Wellfare in The Empire)
Grand Admiral Ryu Reiako (Wants More Ships for the Imperial Navy and Alliances with other Naval Powers)
Grand General Asuka Languy Syhou (Surports The Idea for useing The Imperial Air Force to expand Imperial Might and for free Heath care in The Empire)

There's no difference between any of the four, really. The only thing they really care about is different aspects of the military, and two of them - evidently your chosen two - have additional bits going for them.

OOC: Some of them want education, healthcare and welfare, yet there is no one willing to cut the defence budjet. Which seems rather weird. Anyways, who of them would waste the smallest amount of money with armed forces?

OOC: Hataria is a monarchy... I think the Shogun is a purely military position. Similar to Athens and its elected Generals.
