Many decades have past since the ESF had made any contact with the world outside its own region. Great and terrible events had transpired since the last time any ESF citizen or civilian had interactions with people of other regions. None of that mattered to Tobias, Patriarch of the ESF, as he signaled General Duke to take his goliath unit out of the region to search the outside world and find out how it had developed.
Tobias would wait in the confrence room of the Raynor Mansion in the capital of Raynor City from any word from Duke on the conditions on the outside world. Zeratul, Tobias' grandfather, had told him great tales of ESF old allies and enemies. He was now curious if these great nations were still in power, or if newer and more powerful nations had taken their place in the world.

Tobias was beggining to worry, it had been two days since he had ordered Duke out into other regions and he hadn't recieved no word as of yet. He was about to send order out a search party when the hologram reciever began to flicker.
"This is General Duke *crackle* findings on search expidition. We have found from locals that Aust is still a power nation but have not been able to find any information about Dr Twist and ViZion or any new powers. We will continue our search until we are able to find out anything. This is General Duke signing out."
Tobias shook his head. The news that no information could be found of two of the ESF old allies was quite dissapopinting, but knowing that at least one of the allies was still active did brighten his spirts slightly. He resigned himself to his couch and waited for any new transmissions from Duke.
