The land was a barron wasteland, corrupted and desolate and formed from the toxins and pollutants which were used for nucular testing and various other forms of chemical warfare agents.

A dark green misty cloud hangs over this small chain of islands where the psychotic and corrupt were left to fend for themselves and to dissapear from existance.

A top medical institution was formed to create new toxins to overthrow other territories throughout the continent.

The labs known as Alpha-Tox housed seriously demented, corrupt and dangerous patients which were used for the testing of chemical agents and also medical experiments to create the perfect soildier. Specialist technology was created and used in order to enhance brain, muscle, diet and other bodily functions.

An elite group of soldiers were created as masterminds with perfect body attunment and a primal like rage which when activated turned these men into unstopppable killing machines set for war, destruction and cannibalisation.

The leader of this institute known as Dr Jack Gembird loved his work at the labs so much in fact that he spent 20 years of his life working on the project. He was adored by many and admired for his work untill the day the govenment decided to shut Alpha-Tox Laboratories down.

This News did not go down well for Dr Jack Gembird. he decided that he couldn't lose his lifes work now that he was so close to completion of the project. He decided that he would be the final test subject for his new syrum code named: Jesirium 13. the compound was perfect tottaly eliminating the flaws in the previous syrum Jesirium 12 which enduced cannibalization and temporary madness. But Dr Jack Gembird also had created a controller for the Jesirium 12 which alloud total control of the test subjects.

It was time to act thought Dr Jack Gembird as he took the injection of Jesirium 13. it was a cold feeling, having to be injected into the jugular vain, he felt the cold chilling effect of the syrum entering his bloodstream and started to wince as it infected his cerebral cortex. he flew to the ground in pain and agony as the syrum began to increase his mental capacity and muscle mass he would be the perfect human no longer just a frail young scientist but a strong and versatile warrior with an interlect to match if not overpower Steven Hawking's himself.

Dr Jack Gembird awoke a tottaly new person, he would lead these people and he would form a new government so he set his plan into action. first he gathered his top men from the labs and told them of his campaign to overthrow the government and to reclaim the land in there name. 6 of the 12 scientists from the lab decided to join him in his campaign Dr Julian Nortis, Dr Samantha Lux, Dr Anduin Horton, Dr Carise Golmad, Dr Benjimin Harrison, and Dr Patrick Donovan. the decided to follow in Jack's footsteps and each took a smaller dose of the syrum than Dr Jack Gembird.

His new staff were ready, but they had one thing they must do first. the remaining six scientists that would not participate in the overthrowing of the government were chained to walls in specially sealed pens as a group of 100 test subjects of the Jesirium 12 were sent marching into the area Dr Jack Gembird stood at the top of the dome looking in with his 6 collegues as the pens were opened and the control devices in the test subjects brains were set to rampage they tore the limbs from the scientists and continued on feasting on the live bodys the screaming was incredable but the New order watched with delight as there ex-comrads lives were extinguished by the ferosity of the New Jesirium 12 Combat units from the outside of the dome a manic laugh was heard as the bodies were torn limb from limb and there corpses littered the small arena. A voice erupted screaming out in victory THE SyKoTiC REVOLUTION HAS BEGUN!!!!

Dr Jack Gembird's Revolution was about to begin. his newly created govenment was about to take action but he needed something, a name a new identity he was no longer a scientist he was a genious he was his own self appointed Lord of the land. His medical partners began to nickname him as the Jester his unstopple mind was unsurpassed exept for the horrific laughter whenever a task had been completed succesfully.

The Jester sat back in his seat of power at the Alpha-Tox Labs as he decided how he would take control. 100.000 men and women were given the Jesirium 12 syrum and the Jester sat back as his army of 200.000 were sent marching towards the govenment buildings eradicating everything that got in there way. armed with the latest arms that had been developed at the labs and specially designed kevlar armour that was ultra slim and could take almost any kind of damage thrown at them due to there superior strength and determination to destroy. on they marched and the slaughters continued there was no stopping them exept tanks and other forms of explosive rounds. but still they marched on untill they got to the gates of the govenment housing at the Testrium Govenment center where they stopped as the control chips were reactivated and there they waited for further commands. The Jester and his new council set off and arrived at Testrium to take control once and for all.

They Walked briskly through the now unprotected gates of Testrium and found the leaders of the government cowering in the council room of there were once proud office. The Jester walked in and took control slaying the previous leaders and taking the Presidential seat of the govenment for his own.

There his newly formed Government seated in the council chambers of the Testrium center wondering what now must be done.

The Jester got to work rather quickly informing the press of what has begun and what will be done. Constituincies were setup around the group of islands and the police were given there orders on what will now happen, a huge clean up operation was ordered and new staff was placed at the Alpha-Tox labs which would be maintained by the new chief minister for health and social services Patrick Donovon was appointed with this role but the deadly cloud still lingered in the air above the labs as new weapons were being developed in order for larger mission plan's to emerge. Revenge!!! on those that polluted the lands and those that would try to oppose them.

The SyKoTiC Revolution comes to Power!!

Its Been 3 yrs since the The SyKoTiC Revolution took control of the government and begun the redevelopment of the Testrium Isles.But there was more that must be done to ensure The Jester kept his grip on the nation so he set forth an action plan to control the government for good.

The Jester Sat back on his black leather chair with the confines of the presidentential office at the govenment centre on the Testrium Isles mainland.

The Testrium Isles consisted of a group of small Islands, most of these Islands had been test sites for various weapon testing in the past but due to a major cleanup operation started when the Sykotic Revolution came to power 3 years ago. The Islands were begining to regain there population but under a new regeim, the lands were still pretty desolate with very little fertile lands, and due to heavy polluted areas not even grass would grow in some area's. One of the Islands Hosted the Secret laboratory known as Alpha-Tox where on going weapon development was still in effect under the new rulling of the Sykotic Revolution. The facility previously headed by Dr Jack GemBird was now being maintained by the newly declared head of Military Operations Dr Patrick Donovan. His former seat as the head of health and social care had been given to Dr Samantha Lux who was doing a fine job setting up new departments within the Isles, new medical facilities had shot up within the last couple of years and a lot of the area had been reformed using new technology developed at the Alpha-Tox Laboratory.

The Jester opened his briefcase and removed a PLan brown file with the word Operation TS789 printed on the cover and [TOP SECRET] stamped onto the cover. The Jester learned forward and opened the file. The document regarded new scientific breakthroughs in weapons technology developed at the Laboratories on the Island code named Sector 3.

The Island consisted of the Alpha-Tox Laboritory and an extremely large military base. Sector 3 was one of the islands that hadn't undergone much changes since the take over of the government and still carried the eire green mist that had almost been eradicated from the other isles. New experimental area's had been built to house one of the latest scientific breakthoughs, the Scientists at the site had reinstated several prehistoric animals back into a controled environment but unlike the wild dinosaurs of the past these new breeds had been controled using the Jesirium 12 syrum. and artificial neural remote connections had been implanted into there brains. they were a new army of tremendous creatures that were unstoppable and could destroy almost anything they were sent to destroy all by using a small control device no larger than a car alarm remote.

The original Jesirium 12 soldiers were also still being developed on the island and implanted with a new more sophisticated device quite similar to the device used on the newly created creatures. Most of the units at the military base on the island consited of these enhanced humans and due to a few problems with the behavioural processes of the Jesirium 12 there minds had been reagusted so they no longer had such intensive brains so there was chance a soldier could try to mutany against its masters and be the perfect soldier.

As the Jester read through the file he came to the weapons devolpment plans for the new series of weapons know as Codename TS789, the weapons consisted of a new kind of technology where a Uranium encased shell had been deveoloped to carry a pathogen into enemy units which infected them with the Jesirium 12 syrum, when used it would allow the armys forces to change the enemy forces into canabilistic fiends that turned on eachother and ripped there own forces apart.

The Jester had recieved this file upon visiting the Laboritory and watching they newly developed technology being created. The testing phase of these weapoins was about to begin and within months foot soldiers and armed vehicles could be equiped with the new weapons to give them a strategic advantage over any foes trying to overthrow the government. but there was a problem.

Congress was still in effect on the Isles and although there was nothing that could be done when the SyKoTiC Revolution took control of the Testrium Isles, They planned to wipe get them out of office at the next general elections held in weeks time. the voting schedule had been set for the following tuesday but a development had the Congress on its toes.
When the elections where to be announced small groups of militant forces tried to overthrow the new goverment but to no avail. most of these sepretist movents had been eradicated by unknown entities. anyone that tried to apply for the next presidancy seamlessy vanished without trace and large groups of people were going missing from slums and other poor areas throughout the Isles. News papers and other media were baffled as to what was going on. strange stories of well built humans feasting on the bodys of innocents in the slums was being reported almost on a daily basis. but no evidanse could be found. a lot of the slum areas had been redeveloped into buisness sites and homes for the rich. The poor were being stamped out of existance to make way for newly built areas. but the people had to go somewhere...

The Jester knew exactly what was going on and he rejoiced in the fact that things were going his way within the isles but he wanted more power and more control, there was one thing he needed todo more than anything else and that was to control congress so he could do anything he wanted. A Plan was set and military forces were discreatly being setup in key area's of the Testrium Government Centre on the mainland. Congress was to be called into meeting regarding accusations regarding secret operations being carried out accross the isles and they intended to put a stop to it.

It was Thursday afternoon and congress were being prepared and seated at the Government Meeting centre, The top members of congress would all be there but unawares to themselves things were about to go very wrong.

The Jester picked up his phone and made a call to his secretary "Put a call through to Dr Donovan Please"

Secretary "Certainly sir Putting you through now"

The telephone rang a couple of times and Patrick Donovan answered the phone.

The Jester "Is everything setup for Project Control?"

Mr Donovan "troops are in place and commands are ready to be relayed."

The Jester "Good how long till you arrive?"

Mr Donovan "within an hour sir."

The Jester " Very good i await your arrival."

The Jester replaced the handset of the telephone and readjusted his purple tie, he took his suit jacket from the coat hanger and put it on then sat back at his desk.

Mr Donovan arrived at the presidential office at around 2:30pm that day and after a brief meeting with the president they both set off towards Congress, Mr Donovan handed a control device to The Jester and informed him that everything was ready.

The two men arrived at the Building at around 2:45pm, a few members of the press were waiting outside for them but were quickly ushered away by armed guards and placed into large vans which drove away.

The press didn't know what to think, they were driven to a briefing room about 2 miles down the road from the Testrium Government Center. when they arrived they were sat in front of huge monitors and what looked like huge military soldies wearing full combat assualt gear had been posted at all the entrances. The monitors were switched on and refreshments were brought displayed for them.

The Jester and Mr Donovan walked through the main entrance to the Congress Meeting room. The rest of the SyKoTiC Revolution members where waiting just down the corridor from the dorrs to the main room.

The Jester " i want no mistakes and nobody gets hurt unless i say so understand?"

The Jesirium 13 members nodded in compliance and they entered the Congress meeting Room.

All of Congress was there and seating was placed in front of the Chairman's podium for the members of SyKoTiC. the members were seated by police enforces and Congress had begun. Different topics were brought up regarding allegations of Scientific experimants being carried out at secret defence bases accross the isles but the Jester simply dismissed these rumours saying they were tactics setup by the press to try to throw them out of there government standings.

The Congress Finnaly began to Discuss The upcoming elections and The Jester sttod up out of turn.

The Jester "You maybe aware that the elections are being help next week and i would like to inform you that they will not be taking place, as from now no elections will ever take place on the Testrium isles ever again and you will pass this law today."

The High Chairman of congress slammed his hammer down onto the podium and declared an explanation from the President regarding what had been said, The Jester repeated his last statement as the whole of Congress began shouting and arguing with eachother.

The hammer was slammed down for the second time and the Chairman began to speak.

High Chairman "This is congress and we decide any new laws to be past within these walls the elections will take place as planned."

The Jester Began to laugh " I beg you to reconsider my offer the alternative would be most unpleasant"

With that The Jester Activated the remote, as he did so a group of armed men started entering the room and began to guard the entrances.

The Jester " i didn't want it to come down to this so now its time to make your choice... Your either with us or against us make your choice."

The members of Congress started talking quite hastily with eachother with comments such as "we should give him what he wants or i don't think were going to get out of here alive" to statements of "hes a madman hes going to kill us all" overall the general consensus was to do exactly what he says. a few members of congress decided to fight but were instantly eliminated as the rest of congress watched on as humans beings were being torn apart by machine gun fire and soldiers ripping arms and legs from anyone that tried to escape. the remaining members of congress sat down and agreed to allow SyKoTiC to take control, a document was passed around and signed by each of the remaing members of congress and all members of Jesirium 13 before being placed before the Chairman.

The chairman read through the document and sighed. "This document states you want full control of congress and anything declared by the SyKoTiC revolution will be passed immediatly on calling any debates against any of the issues will be punishable by death?"

The Jester smilied an evil crooked smile "SIGN IT!!"

The Chairman stood shaking at the podium but signed the document, which was then placed into a large black folder and taken to the admin department for the new law to be written and displayed to the public.

The press sat back in amazement from what they had just witnessed on the large projection screens and they didn't know what todo or say, there were the same kind of armed guards surrounding them as that had just commited the most bloodiest slaughter that the majority of these persons had ever seen. the guards stepped away from the doors and the press was led out into a courtyard where a member of the military was waiting. he sized all cameras and other notes that were taken into the viewing room and advised the press what would happen to them if they continued the bad mouthing of there president. the press were then led back to the black vans and driven to the city centre where they were released without harm.

The Jester and his other constituants arrived back at the Testrium Government Centre and congratulated eachother on a job well done. They now had full control and nobody on the Testrium isles could ever get in there way they were now unstoppable and they knew it but they had bigger plans and Patrick Donovan knew what he had to do next. He needed to complete the new weapons and he didn't have long todo it but more than anything he needed an army that could wipeout anyone who tried to oppose them and he new just how todo it.

The Jesters Plan had worked and new plans were being set into motion. Patrick Donovan had recieved his orders and the other constituants theres.
The Jester sat back again in his Presidential seat and smiled he had succeded they would be no elections again...

The Jester "Due to heavy forestation in the many years that have passed and the necular fallout that we are trying our hardest to clean up there are regions of land within the Testrium Isles that require large amounts of fertile land so we can once again grow recources. Plus a new breed of animal which now dominates The smallest Island, requires fresh vegitation in order to build its population, I think you may also be interested in a few of these well trained erm Pets.
