We urge you to withdraw your statement about willingness to become allies with Hatarian bastards. They're not worth it, and your international reputation will suffer greatly should you take such step towards Hataria, =against the rest of the world. Hataria has been bullying, pressurising and threathening small, sovereign nations as well as attempted to cause internal turmoil, rebellions and civil wars all around the world.
You would benefit very little from being his friend, and become an enemy of many.
