The king of the newly libirated nation of Demanci broadcasts to all the world.
"My countrymen, my friends, my people. I have come to you today to tell you of a great happening. You have been liberated from the tyranny of Justinian. All extermination camps of his has been dismantled. The prisoners have been set free. They have been feed, and given a start to a new life. The first thing we need to do for this country is rebuild our great city. We must strive to make a rennasiance in our country we have never seen before. And I am going a step farther. The people will rule this country as a Constitutional Monarchy. No one is above the law. We will have new civil rights laws. Private Enterprise is now legal.
You are all free to live your life. Grow, prosper, and be faithful in your community. For many years we were under an all powerful king. Not any more my people. We will buid infrastructure, and all our technolgy will be updated. As our cities are built, all of you will have the oppertunity to have a new life. Free schools and the government will help everybody to afford medical care. All citizens lifes' that were ruined in the war, we will help you start a new life.
All I ask is that you be loyal to Mother Demanci. Good night, my good people. And I love you all."
