The rights were domestic production rights, meaning you're not allowed to sell them, only use them for domestic use.

You know it is technically, "not right" to sell prod rights to Rl equipment, what you cna sell are factory tooling details and production plans, but not any kind of "rights".

They might as well be that. Pretty much the designs for the RL vehicle were what I sold. Check my GAFE thread (last page) to see. I wired the designs to him.
