Official Statement From Emperor Rin:
Today we establish a new era and chapter in our nations proud history, we continue the advances my father and uncle had made their own,we today unveil the High Guard, the protectors of Bekhaera, its peoples, its colonies, its allies and those who need help.
The High Guard today is officially assigned the task of creating allies and bringing nations and races together in the name of peace and harmony
The High Guard consists of over 450 vessels with more being created, the High Guard HQ shall be placed in orbit around Bekhaera itself.

its is a vessel we cherish and although to us it is not oen of the newest but actually 1st gen we have updated with recent upgrades matching our finer vessels
Although we are interested in contributing to this high fleet, our resources are limited to twenty-five defensive craft, fifty-five scientific/medical transports, and one hundred and twenty observation probes in reserve for future discoveries. Should medical assistence our quick scientific developments be required of the High Fleet or its member nations, Novijen has the resources to provide swiftly and efficiently.

The Wolf Riders are armed with the latest in Rifles and Pistols, and the occasional Shotgun. They are also armed with swords, and are usually used for Raiding and Rapid Reaction, as well as Ambushes. The wolves themselves have body armor, as do the riders. They work well in almost all terrains, exept in swampland and other places where the ground is hazerdous, such as Ice, which may break under the wolves weight, for they are easily more that 200 pounds.
We appreciate thy gift, and shall care for these Chimerae for as long as it is possible.

Animals are well kept for, especialy chimeras, we fron upon animal experimentation as it is our national pastime to keep animals safe BUT many creatures seen as pest and nuisances are kept to a minimum and they are researched and tested upon
once again another loophole that survives our radical reshaping of law, many loopholes have been close off
