The devestated city of Hartville has been declared a federal disaster area, and the official death toll rose to 1,873 this morning, 68 of those, confirmed to be young children, as rescuers continue to search through the rubble and find survivors of the deadly volcanic eruption of Mount Penn. Rescue personnel, along with military, and foreign assistance, sifted through the debris, day in and day out, as our military along with that of foreign aid dropped thousands of food items, blankets, medical aid items, and other essentials.
