With the need for a main battle tank the Morgian scientists were put to work to develop a capable and affordable main battle tank. Complete with thermal imaging, allowing for optimal viewing and recognition. The MIS, which gives automatic updates and positions of enemy units. The D-1 Black Hawk is out fitted with the MIS communication system as well as the thermal imaging system. Featuring 8-multi level periscopes to give optimal viewing capabilities to the driver and gunner. To help in locating and dispatching targets laser range finders are an integral part of the Black Hawk.

The grenade/smoke launcher are under the control of the secondary gunner with a hatch in the rear of the tank for easy access to rear targets as well as the rear machine gun.

A few things. First of all, most main battle tanks for trouble beating a top road speed of 40 mph, let alone 60, which is way to high for a tank, which is characteristically heavy. Secondly, most main battle tanks have four crewmembers tops, a commander, gunner, loader, and driver, and if, like the T-90, are equipped with an autoloading system, only three. Now, as I'm neither a expert on tank guns or armor, I would suggest posting your tank on the NS Draftroom (http://s13.invisionfree.com/The_NS_Draftroom/index.php?act=idx) for a more complete analysis and better suggestions.

Speed is far too high, but I don't know the weight of the tank or the composition of armour so I can't make a real determination.

Also standard calibres are more commonly seen because countries can have a bit of a problem manufacturing the ammo needed if it is of a non-standard calibre.

I'm inclined to agree, unless this is a light tank (which it is not), a 120mm or 120mm smoothbore cannon is the way to go.

You need to seriously redo the Armor layout. Most tanks mount Millimeters of armor, 13 inches is larger than that on Naval ships. Check out this:
