NEWS ALERT: MOUNT PENN ERUPTION
The death toll in the devestated Hartville rose to 1,364 today as rescue crews sifted through the rubble, desperately trying to locate any survivors who may be trapped. President Callaway spoke in a radio address today, urging the international community to assist in the rescue efforts.

Because this looks like a Vesuvius style eruption we are going to send more people, specifically rescue operations, geologists, and scientists. We will send sniffer dogs to help people locate people in the rubble who have not been found yet. Some 100 rescue dogs with handlers. We also will send more food about 300 tons of fish and 300 tons of rice. We will also send some test equipment to predict when another eruption will occur so that rescue workers won't die horribly if a second eruption happens.

They are going to try and find out the composition and more about the volcanic process of destroying people and objects.
