For a change in the regular policy to outside influence, Ormar, Emperor of Isie, has invited the respective rulers and consuls of any and all foreign nations to attend The annual Scarlet Ball at the Royal Isian Palace. The border shall be open to those who enter the country with no more than a hundred-man escort, present themselves in person with no more than a ten-man guard, and may attend the ball with two as escort. As customary, the Scarlet Ball lasts a week, but foreign individuals may chose to stay as long or as shortly as they please, but all accomodations will be made in equivalence with the comforts of my own person as Emperor. I will make a public appearance at the Ball each day, but as matters of state are numerous and pressing, I can not say as to how long I will attend. All ambassadorial Archlords have been recalled, and every domestic Archlord will attend, as well as the majority of the Nobility. The Grand Symphony Orchestra of Isie Proper will provide continuous entertainment, and the dancing will commence at the Emperor's appearance, lasting the entirety of the week.

King Denul of the Free Peoples of Fotoria has decided to attend, against the advice of his consulate. Though our two countries have had a long history of border wars, perhaps a time of mending can begin. I look forward to attending His Majesty Ormar's personal audience, and will arrive at the Ball with naught but my Soulguarder, as a sign of trust.

His exhalted Holiness, the first Emperor Rin of the Holy Empire of Bekhaera wishes to attend this ball as a gesture of friendship, we shall attend with his father, Emperor Vale Bekha and Scholar Findus

King Denul of our southern neighbour Fotoria and his Soulguarder are welcome to attend. Perhaps a time of peace and suring of borders is at hand.

The Emperor Rin and his fellows shall be most openly welcomed. It would be a pleasure to meet with two mature generations of a ruling family.

We would be honored if one of the family members of King Julian could attend this ball.
