IC:

A total of five aircraft were flying in the darkness, guided only by technology and careful decision across the great distance toward their destination - Stromburg, capitol of the Democratic States of Wingarde. The most important of all the group of airplanes, was the PX-801 passenger jet (a design created by the MierTech Corporation) containing a member of the Southeast Asian Foreign Affairs Ministry - the ambassador to Wingarde.

The PX-801 resembled a prominent design by the Boeing Corporation, an environmentally friendly aircraft design that was faster, larger and possessed more passenger capacity than the model it was based off - the Boeing 777, a design used in several places around the planet. So did the four other aircraft were the escorts to the PX-801 - two F-25 "Peafowl" STOVL Multi-Role Fighters (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10472192&postcount=9) each flanked the side of the PX-801. These four jets resembled the commonly found F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, which like the B-777, was commonly found around the place. Only that the F-25 (a design by the Kriegzimmer Conglomerate) had a longer body and a more powerful engine, than the design it was based off, and superior electronic systems.

The four aircraft's pilots were used to flying in the dark and often made local patrols and escorts several times before, observing their aircraft's RADAR screen for any possible threat to the aircraft. Inside, the Southeast Asian ambassador - a well-dressed dark-skinned Chinese man, pressed a button. There was a humming sound as the chair adjusted from a straight position to a perfectly good angle in which he could sleep in. While the flight to Stromburg was not too far away given the fact that the two nations were in the same ocean - the Pacific ocean, he hadn't have had enough sleep in a view days given the fact that the Neo Administration was in deep argument about the Libertarian Concordance of Czardas.

What did the Czardaians do? Well, Kari Alhoun, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Libertarian Concordance gave a long and critical condemnation to the Kregaian Empire, which had been transformed from a democratic republic into a corrupt theocracy with a psychotic ruler. Of course, the Kregaian ruler did not take to this kindly, and called upon his nations long time friends and long time member-states of an alliance which had three letters in it and those three letters stood for three words:

Crimsdale. Articas. Doomingsland. CAD.

An alliance that was loved and hated, envied and admired around the planet. To the free world, CAD was viewed as a war-mongering, extremist alliance due to the generally undemocratic governments many of the member-states were dictatorships that had radical political ideologies. And in the Union of Southeast Asian Nations, this opinion was no exception. One of the big gripes Southeast Asia had with CAD was the fact that Czardas was a nation that preached something the Union of Southeast Asian Nations valued - tolerance.

This opinion was only worsened when the peace talks failed and war resumed. The Czardaian Libertarian Concordance, were it not for the fact that the Woodstock Pact attended and supported them, international symbol of democratic power and arch-nemesis of CAD, would have been made to agree to the absurd and one-sided terms CAD had for them in the peace conference that would be revealed later to be nothing more than a kangaroo court for CAD's fun and the Czardaian nation's humiliation.

There were no Southeast Asian diplomatic personnel in the Concordance, but there was Wingardian diplomatic personnel - which had been packing their bags and off for home the moment the peace-talks had started. When the conference failed, they flew away just in time before the first shots of the end-game began.

Southeast Asia's leadership desired to aid the Libertarian Concordance in it's fight to preserve itself from imperialist aggression and democracy, and would have intervened had it not been for a questionable comment made by a high ranking member of the diplomatic personnel, the Union's stance in the Kraven conflict was questioned and the fact that the Union's military was busy dealing with corporatist foes. So they had asked the Democratic States for help, given the fact that they saw Wingarde as a potential air power and a worthy foe for a few of the CAD alliance member-states. Of course, the request was denied due to the fact that the Wingardian legislative branch, the Federal Congress, saw it as inappropriate and the request had questionable motives.

Nevertheless, the Democratic States chose to maintain diplomatic relations for the sake of maintaining them. Southeast Asia was still held in a positive light by the Democratic States, just not as high as other nations that had diplomatic ties with Wingarde and believed in similar ideologies.

Later on, the Democratic States would receive a diplomatic communique from the Libertarian Concordance itself requesting an embassy in Wingarde. Not surprising news to the Neo Adminstration, given the fact that the two nations had similar qualities - democracy, liberty, and last of all, a strength in aircraft quality and air force capability.

But what did surprise the Neo Administration was the Roach-Busterian request for an exchange of embassies, and the fact that Wingarde allowed it. So an aide to the Southeast Asian Minister of Foreign Affairs told them about their concerns, and unfortunately a misinterpretation of words occured when the letter was sent. Thus possibly lowering Wingarde's opinion on the Union of Southeast Asian Nations.

The two nations' ambassadors had not met each other in the flesh, only read about one another via documents, let alone any other Wingardian government official.

I sure hope things go out right and we get things sorted out with CAD and our relations. thought the exhausted ambassador as he tried to stay awake. I sure hope they do.

[OOC to Wingarde: As you can see here, I have typed up a long and detailed post. Please do the same, I want a good story to be told. Looking forward for a good rp, and I'm sure you are as well!]

OOC: It seems you didn't get my telegram. I already have two unfinished diplomatic RPs and am really busy with university at the moment. This will have to wait some time, if you don't mind.
