Little India

Stalemate had been reached in the "war" between Vietnamexico and Little India ever since the Little Indian city of Bylorinil was napalmed by Vietnamexican forces.
As the year 40,049 started to draw to it's conclusion, many people failed to realise that officially, the war was still not over. The governments of Little India and Vietnamexico had not reached an agreement with regards the borders of the two countries, and lines of communication were shaky.
The High King of Little India, Ithilanor II, called Chancellor Aniron Danfalas to the Throne Room of the Sovereign Palace.
"Chancellor. I have had an idea as to how to solve the border situation with Vietnamexico."
"And what may that be?" the Chancellor replied in a sarcastic tone.
"Are you sure you want to hear? I am going to invite the King of Vietnamexico on a State Visit. That way, we can resolve this issue face to face, as opposed to thousands of miles away from each other."
The Chancellor looked with contempt at the High King.
"With all due respect, Your Majesty, it is not your place to solve this issue. That is the domain of the Senate and the Cabinet. Under the terms of the Constitution, Your Majesty's duties and powers do not extend to affairs of State in foreign relations."
"That may be so Chancellor, but you've done nothing to sort it out. And so, I feel it my duty to my country and my people to resolve this issue before it leads to further destruction of suffering."
