Hello. I have a good idea for a thread but I would like other nations to join. This thread is to see if anyone would be interested. The idea is that in Cantacuzenia, a girl of 12 (I may change her age) years of age, named Anastasia is the rightful heir to the throne (she was her father's only child) but a usurper takes her place and established his own dynasty, even forcing Anastasia's mother who he finds beautiful to be his wife. Many in Cantacuzenia do not like this and plan for a rebellion against him. The usurper has forced Anastasia to the city and/or fortress of Mystras which is run by the Royalists, those against the usurper.

All of those are good but the main groups are Loyalists (with the usurper) and the Royalists (with Anastasia). Other groups, etc could be allowed. All of the things you said like mercs and the others are good.

Character: Focus on characters(frequently has 'super'-people, IE: Special Forces, master thieves, ect)
Group: A few average/slightly above average people, much fodder

Planned: You know how you want this to end
Free-Form: Either side can win

1. Body generally planned, ending up for grabs
2: End planned, but how that it's got there is up to the participants(most common type)

The nation of Cantacuzenia is a mix between real life place and nationstates, I suppose. Also, this takes place in modern times.
