I Elenore Romney do herby invite you to attend a summit regarding street drugs. The Summit will cover the process of Drug Controll, all substances, and substance abuse. (LON members are also asked to attend) I will be runing the meating my self, along with a few associates. I encourage many of you to send a represenative.

Prime minister Johnson read about the Drug summit. he sent the following question to ht nations involved:
"Why make them illegal but instead legalize them and tax them."

We have recently been having a problem with 'Designer Drugs' and Peyote in our more desertified regions. Province of Vegas Police Department has been working day and night to keep these dangerous items off of the streets. We will bring Police Commissioner Frank Norton Shick of the Province of Vegas Police Department as well as 3 other senators. Mahaliastan would like to send its ambassador Galina Chekhovskaya to attend this summit. Drugs have been a problem around our borders, as the supposedly "free and democratic" Allied States of Rasheep and Malmonkeys (which mostly consists of what used to be a minority in Mahaliastan that separated from us) drug pushers are constantly attempting to bring their cartels into our land. These foreign citizens pushing drugs in our country are usually either tortured or executed, but as for our now drug-addicted citizens, we are unsure of how to handle them, and we hope this summit can provide us with some useful information.

Base Perfidy has a strong interest in this subject and would like to send a delegation of citizens to the conference. Here in the Peoples' Republic we maintain a publicly funded archive of substances, "The Library of Intoxicants" which is generally available for Base Perfidians to research. We are happy to bring samples along for other delegates to examine and thus have a better understanding of that which they discuss.

As far as I am concerned, no one in my nation has any qualms with your country, so no potlitcal threats. There likely will be demonstraters for the pro-drug or anti-war-on-drugs, and vice versa. But the national guard will maintain the peace, and you should have no troubles comming to and from the Assembly Building. I must also mention that while on our soil, you are entitled to Foreign Dignatary Protection, a service provided by a branch of the Secret Service.
