"The art of war is of vital importance to the state. It is a matter of life and death, a road either to safety or to ruin. Hence under no circumstances can it be neglected."-Sun Tzu, The Art of War

New Christendom, Jagada

The diplomatic tour had gone well for Highest Minister Riyabuo. The Translyvania was an offical Jagite ally, and even now their bases were being built in the Monotheistic Republic. The Beltway as agreed to a free-trade zone, and resources of vital importance to Jagada had begun flowing in, almost none stop. The economy was booming. Having trade and diplomatic relations with Kahanistan helped the situtation all the more. Kahanistan, despite a war with Kraven, was able to export resources to Jagada--for trade of coarse. Needless to say, only one more thing would bring the Monotheistic Republic out of the gutter--a war.

War was something not to be neglected and it had to have a point--a purpose. Jagada had lost nine straight wars--no small failure. Though, back in those days they had but on promising command, Franco York, and were thus limited in what they could do. Following the establishment of the Republic, the Jagite Military had an overhaul, that hasn't stopped. The military corporation of Inn Industrial was producing Challanger 3s, and Hastatis at record numbers. Hali-42 rifles were coming off the assembly line at break neck speed. Along with a new generation of officers, wanting to break the record of nine defeats and score Jagada's first victory. This made these troops immune to morale losses due to nine lost wars. This would litterally be a fight for survival. Jagada had be blessed that its oppenents in the past deemed the Jagites too pathetic to 'conquor' and simply sent them packing like some Third World Country. Though they all knew this wouldn't happen a tenth time. These enemies would seek to forge Jagada into a province their empire or nation.

Sun Li looked over a map which displayed the ocean between Jagada and another large nation in a whole other region called Nebarri Prime. Not much was known about these Nebarrians, but they were a dictatorship and the Highest Minister had ordered that plans be drawn up. Riyabuo was a rather, hostile woman, she was bent of winning a war. War was, like Sun Li had told her before, not some game to be played to win votes. Nevertheless Sun Li and the Imperial Fist worked on the details. First and foremost spies would enter Nebarri Prime and begin to test the will of their dictator's hold on the nation. Their goal was to incite some riots, or protest, or even armed revolt if possible. They would do this by meeting up with one of the small resistance groups that was bound to be in the nation and use their resources to start something small--then knowing of Jagada's intervention it would blow up knowing that liberators were coming. If there were no resistance groups than it was only a matter of time before the peasants of this dictatorship realized that Jagada was coming to free them--then the agents of the Republic would spring their trap and incite a revolution. No, they would not stand in the streets, as that was foolish. They would go to the rural areas of the Nebarrian Empire and incite revolution there in the farmers--whom like in most nations were prone to revolution due to their conditions. If that didn't work, it was simply a matter of spreading propaganda and starting something, because regardless of how iron fisted a dictator was there was always a portion of the population unwilling to allow that iron fist to grip them forever and would riot or go straight to armed revolution--knowing that the police may just killed them for rioting.

While this spy operation was undergoing. Grand Admiral Bradley III would gather up the combined Grand Fleets and sail out. Though in two groups. Each group was equal in its abilities. The Grand Fleets had a range of ships: form the Sarzonian made vessels to the ones of generic origins. Both were equally good, if leaning a bit in favor of the generic class--due to a bad experiance with Sarzonian ships during the surprise attack on HailandKill. Nevertheless various carriers were assembled, along with Dreadnaughts and SuperDreadnaughts--though the later wasn't in a great deal of supply. This was made up by adding more Battleships and Battlecruisers to the Fleets. These two massive aramadas would sail away from each other, but always be able to come to each other assistance should the need arise. The Jagites never sailed in one massive concentrated force--but in groups to provide mobilities to circumstance. In charge of the two groups were Admirals Zhiqu and Rdo-Qyi. Both experianced in the art of naval war and would ensure that the wishes of Grand Admiral Bradley III, who was only recently promoted to that position when his Battleships survived five direct hits from Killian vessels and limped away to lead the remnants of the Jagite Fleet home.

In Jagada itself--Sun Li and Imperial Fist had other ideas. Soldiers were being called upon, as so far up to Army and one Corps. had been rallied and were preparing for combat. The Homeland Guardians, another branch of the military, were set up in Inn and were fortifying the costal areas--this did hamper trade but not by much as some of the areas of Inn, traditionally forbidden docks reserved for civilian useage (such as fishing and yachts and the like) were blocked to civilians and opened to trade. This would ruffle the feathers of a few rich people, but they could easily entertain themselves at the golf coarses. This included shoreline railguns, steel reinforced concrete bunker lines, trenches, anti-air defenses, and the like.

And this was all before war was declared. The Jagite Foreign Ministry worked to rectify this. They finally produced something and handed it to Sun Li and Imperial Fist for their approval before sending it onward to Highest Minister Riyabuo. As Sun Li looked over it, he was rather impressed:

Offical Republic Statement

Rulers of the Nebarri Prime Empire,

There comes a time in a nation's history where it must looked upon the less fortunate in our world. Those whom are oppressed under the jackboot of an Emperor--your people are one of them. The Monotheistic Republic would like to ask that the Nebarrian Empire please hold an election to at the very least allow the people to decide whom they want as their leader.

I assure you, the Monotheistic Republic is by no meaning joking. We have found your nation a stain upon its proud people since we entered onto the World Stage--I would advise you to head our words for this is no laughing matter.

Signed,
Foreign Minister Alfred Rednight
The Monotheistic Republic of Jagada

Sun Li was impressed, but only to an extent, it was a very vague reason for going to war. Nevertheless it wasn't his job to question the Foreign Minister, it was after the task of diplomatic communication which he was paid to do.

"Its fine," he stated and sent the messenger to give the message to Riyabuo. It would soon to be broadcast to Nebarri Prime where Jagada would await its response.

the Jagadaian plan was a good one, in theory, however the Empire was united, the number of poor was lower then the number of rich, the people of the nation loved and supported there Emperor save a small few, and most of them where not unhappy enough with the Emperor to try anything. Besides, why start a revolution and destroy the power the Empire had over the region and sap the economies strength…and if they people where unhappy, the Emperor let them riot, so long as it did not turn violent, though the Emperor did not know of Jagada’s plans the threat of a Rebellion or Revolution starting was minimal and would be small in force. The Emperor knew this, and was happy that his nation so loved him…

the Emperor had awoken this day and it turned out to be an average day until later that day Emperor Astar received the message from Jagada and quickly called a meeting of his staff. “Who are they, and what do we know about them?” he asked. The answer he got was “we know almost nothing about them aside from what they show from this message, also general data shows they have a population between 2.6 and 2.7 billion. It would also seem they know little about us” The Emperor thought a moment, then spoke “then send them a message, tell them the truth about our nation, and in the event that does not settle this, mobilize the military.”
One by one the Emperor’s staff left saying “It will be done my lord.” Before setting out to complete there new tasks…

Official message to The Monotheistic Republic of Jagada

We do not oppress our people, and never have. We also hold popularity polls yearly, they are the same as elections, save they ask if you like the Emperor and what he does, or if you do not, and the Emperor can not be replaced unless he dies or abdicates

Signed,
Foreign Minister Alek Marook

Pax Topazia, Jagada

Eric pushed his glasses back up his nose using his middle finger--in Jagada a semi-offensive thing to do, nothing that would get you shunned just some youthful way of saying life is bad. He eyes were planted on the bright screen of the computer before him, as he and six other people sat in a dark room each with a computer in front of him. It was a small room, so communication was done by simply talking. He remebered when orders came down from Director Koj about their task, the first offical task of Section H. Section H was literally Section Hack, it was made to be in plain day to actually avoid suspicion. It was serect of coarse, but the name would imply what it was to someone searching them out, and that somone would have to have a lot of good sources to even find out it existed. Nevertheless Section H was much larger than these six individuals and had bases scattered across every city, every town, and almost every village. Recruiting and training the best of the youth to be servants of the Republic during a time like this. Eric's mind had strayed, but now it returned back upon his orders, they were simply, unlike the task, and that was to hack into the Nebarri Prime satelliates, and to shut down their optics capabilities. This would effectively ensure that Jagada's fleet weren't going to be see--easily anyway.

Eric began to press of series of button and his friends followed. It was almost like a symphony that one might hear from a band. The typing seemed to follow a rythme of short--occasionally a curse word would be raised from part of the room, but in short everything was going as planned. Three members of the squad began the daunting task of finding a way into the system, which they did by either finding a backdoor or simply breaking threw the frontdoor. Once the Nebarri Encryptions were broken the other three rushed into the system, per say since this was cyberspace, and inserted the virus at various points. This virus wasn't going to cause satellites to fall from the sky--nor was it going to cause the satelittes to shut down. The satellites would simply loosing their communications with the ground, along with their optics. Thus as the virus was inserted into the system, the Jagite Hackers, known as the Hacker Assault Squads pulled out of the system and returned to theirs. Though the Jagites were no fools, the second they pulled out of the Nebarri System, hackers across Jagada rose to attention--for the defense of Jagada's vast cyber network. Almost every critical government document, every critical satellite, everything was basically locked down with layers of firewalls and cyber defenses, and behind them was usually a hacker or two, or even a squad(s) to ensure that if push come to shove, the Nebarri's would fight a loosing battle to try to corrupt the Jagite system. Nevertheless, the Nebarri satellites would soon find themselves lacking.

In Nebarri itself--the prospect of starting a revolution wasn't going as planned. The people seemed to admire their Emperor, then again Jagada expected this, as most monarchies it every faced had a fanatically loyal population. Though the Jagites did find those whom did not agree with the Emperor's policy, and also found them lacking the backbone to stand against him. Though these dicontent folk had also been in Russia, Germany, Mexico, and various other nations of old tales. In these countries the great revolutionaries started out has simply discontent about the monarchy or dictatorship. As war set in, and their economic began to become dented, or when their homeland itself was being torn asunder--they usually turned from humble discontenters, to fanatical revolutionaries desiring to replace or end the Monarchy. The Agents of Jagada simply stayed in Nebarri wand binded their time--waiting for the perfect moment to unleash upon the Nebarri a revolution which would cripple them, then their demise could be done at Jagada's pace.

Offical Republic Statement

We will not listen to these lies you spread about freedom and the like within you nation. Popularity polls in an absolute monarchy mean nothing. The Monotheistic Republic is not so easily fooled by the likes of yourself.

We know how you people feel--they are eager for republicanism, but can not achieve it due to yourself. Again, I demand that your monarchy step down and you either be replaced and be a Jagite protectorate or form a Republic and be spared our wrath.

The choice of yours.

Signed,
Foreign Minister Alfred Rednight
