The Refugees of 1453

In the lands of Byzantines who descended from refugees from 1453, in the city of Nova Roma, Emperor John IX ruled in splendor, with his wife, the Empress Theodora and his children. John ruled from the Citadel of Christ Khronokrator (Χριστός κοσμοκράτωρ) with his family. His nation was based upon the Old Byzantines, their church was tied to Byzantium as well.
One day, as John was showing one of his children, Anastasia, what he did in his works, he decided to open his nation to diplomacy. He sent this letter:
''To all nations,
I, Emperor John IX, have decided to open my nation to diplomacy with the world's nations. Embassy exchanges, alliances, etc are welcomed. If any are interested, please contact us.''

Past Tech- swords and wood ships
Modern Tech- modern stuff
Post-Modern Tech- stuff that might exist from 2010 to 2100ish
Future Tech- Star Wars like stuff
normaly the techs are refered to as PT,MT,PMT, or FT...

OOC: I'm right up your alley, I'm MT-PMT, and my nation is diplomatically in the a sort of angry truce between rival factions in a civil war. However, my nation's corporations are just as active than ever before, and with the collapse of governmetn contorl, taking even more risks.
