Four Arleigh Burke Class (Aegis) Guided Missile Destroyers glided through the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Their destination: The Heard and McDonald Islands. New Genetican had not participated in any International happneing in over 5 years, but now they were ready. Now they were breaking out of their shell. Now they would claim some new land and establish a new colony. In the name of Democracy of course.

The four ships were only the first part of the fleet. In actuality, over 40 ships followed behind them just within visual range on the vast sea. The mission was simple. Get to the islands and destroy any opposition, and establish the soil as New Genetican soil.

Easy enough... thought Captain Burke Barkley as he stood on the deck of his incredible modern fighting machine. "Jason, inform the Admiral we are exactly halfway to the destination now."

"Yes sir." came the young boy's reply.

Burke walked up to the bridge and found a seat. This was the life. He had always dreamed of being a sailor, now he was one. Not only a sailor, but a captain who commanded 4 missile destroyers directly. Perfectly heaven. Except him. Except that blunderheaded idiot, Admiral Stone. If it weren't for Stone, Burke himself might be commanding the New Genetican fleet.

No matter... I'll beat him someday. I'll prove I deserve his job. Here's my chance...

The fleet followed behind the trailing water of the Destroyers.

The Admiral had a look of amusement on his face when he saw the fleet coming towards him.
"Tell them its our territory, and they can bugger off, or words to that effect."
"Yes sir."
"Can't they see the work we've been doing here..."

Admiral Stone stood in the communications room of the flagship when the communication came through from the Huahin forces. It seems that someone had been there for a while. No matter. What did Stone care. He was under orders.

"Reply Sergant."

"Yes sir."

To Huahin:

I am under orders to seize the Heard and McDonald islands. We see that you are already in possession of the McDonald islands, so we will be kind in this instance. We will leave yoru forces there alone and concentrate solely on Heard island. Thank you.

The large fleet kept surging towards the islands. Hopefully there would be no conflict.

OOC: The thread says that you exploded a jeep or whatever on the island, not that you took posession of it. Frankly, New Genetican doesn't care, and will take possesion of Heard island...

Huahinian troops had received the evacuation message. Control of the islands was to be handed to New Genetican, and quickly. The positions of rebels were sent to New Genetican forces, and the runaway was left intact.

A message was left in the HQ:
To the New Genetican leader:
Good luck with these islands, we hope they bring you much prosperity. We would advise you to flush out all remaining rebel forces, and also, to monitor the volcano in case of future eruptions.
We also extend an offer to you, to join the Pacifinesian Alliance, which would guarantee the protection of your lands with many soldiers.
Please respond to this offer as quick as possible

Admiral Stone stepped out onto the island sand along with several officers and soldiers. Today was a grand day for New Genetican. Stone quickly proceeded to the headquarters of McDonald Islands, and soon an officer discovered the note left by Huahin forces.

Stone smiled wrily. It looks like New Genetican had got its wish. They now had a new set of colonies on which to set up and gleam hopefully many valuable resources, as well as a base from which to have a jump point into Africa or South America if needed. Perfect.

Stone quickly wired a message back to Huahin:

Thank you ever so much. We are very happy to be in control of these islands. The rebels will be dealt with as soon as possible, likely in no time at all. Thank you for your warning about the volcano. We will monitor it to make sure our forces aren't consumed.

As for this alliance, we are very interested in it. Would it be possible for you to wire New Genetican giving the complete details on such an alliance. Protection would be helpful. Thank you again.

Stone glanced up after the message was sent, and looked out accross the islands. "Tell that Barkely to get his ships to Heard Island, and put down every single rebelious soldier there."

"Yes sir."

"Oh, and boy, tell George to get his squad over there too."

"Aye aye sir."

Message to New Genetican
The Pacifinesian United Alliance, or just Pacifinesia, is an alliance dedicated to the protection of alliance members, as well as encouraging trade and prosperity. Current alliance members include: Ourselves, Kreynoria, Terronian, Azimeth, Squornshelous, The Imperial Realm of Japan (Psychotika), and The United Eastasian Republic (Marimaia), and there are other members currently negociating their entry into our alliance.
