Embassies.

The new born Panthean confederation is starting an embassy exchange program. All nations wishing to build an embassy in Panthean, apply here. All embassies are located in downtown Kursk, close to the Foreign relations office and Kursk most luxurious hotels.Golf courses, amusement parks, town houses, restaurants, Kursk University and Kursk Cossack stadium, home of the Kursk Crusader soccer team are all in a few miles of the embassy district. All embassies are free to hire their own security force as well have full
discretion in building design and layout. Foreign officials are expected to obey Panthean laws when outside their embassy, and that is written in stone.

Panthean is in the middle of reforming their government and a Foreign Minister has not been declared yet. However, Natasha Fritiz, a former senator of Pantheaa as see fit to offer her services as an Interim minister. All foreign officials can report to her for questions or concerns.

Free Trade

The Confederation of Panthean is currently seeking any free trade agreements, with any
nations. Confederacy laws differ depending on what oblast you build in, but for the most
part, business laws are fairly loose

- Foreign businesses will not have any unions
- Min wage is at 2 dollars
- No children can work in a business, workers under 18 can only work 6 hours a day. 15 is the hiring age.
- Females need time off for maturity
- No one can work more then 10 hours
- There is no environmental laws, except for in Downtown Kursk, and for laws near rivers and nature reserves.
- There are no tariffs that will be collected.
- Taxes are equal to that have any Panthean domestic business.
- Stock options and opportunities
- Merges and buyouts are allowed, except for Lipestk oblast where the natural gas industry is still nationalized.

Foreign Aid

Due to the high cost of war and destruction, the Confederation is looking for foreign aid to help rebuild their shattered nation. We shall pay any nation that is willing to contribute to the rebuilding effort. Either with stocks and investments or with capital. Foreign Aid will not be used for anything pertaining to the military or the government. Most foreign aid will go to refugees, children, repairing parts of Kursk and Bryansk, and clean up

The United States of Brink would like to be the first nation to provide relief funds for Pantheaa. Along with the FTA which will stimulate trade and economic growth we wish to pledge money in the amount of 25 billion dollars to help in rebuilding.

We also voice our support for the creation of a democratic government within Pantheaa.

The United Eastasian Republic is most willing to assist with the reconstruction of the Confederation of Pantheaa.

The Eastasian Foreign Ministry issues a request for an embassy in Kursk, in return offering prime embassy space in Beijing for the Pantheaan delegation; in conjunction with the Finance Ministry, the following economic assistance is offered:

1. A free trade agreement;

2. A full team of Eastasian facilitators, who will visit impoverished areas and assess exactly what sort of aid will best fulfil the needs of each area;

3. An initial assistance package of 10 billion yenuans (approx. $18 billion), with further packages to include financial resources as well as humanitarian resources.

The Modest Empire of Isie proposes:

I. An exchange of ambassadors. A Pantheaan ambassador will be gifted rule of the far west wing of the Royal Isian Palace, with complete diplomatic immunity and allotment of any desired defensive forces, within reason, of course. In return, Isie asks to appoint their Third Archlord as "Ambassador to the Pantheaan State", with a sufficient regiment of Black Knightlords.

II. Isie offers 20,000 O'kai (Indentured POWs) as labor aid in the reconstruction of your glorious nation. In repayment, Isie asks only to offer you Baelmon Dor, Jade Archlord, as (OOC: Your Ruler's (Name?)) Political Advisor.

The Federation is willing to sign a FTA on the condition that citizens from either country be screened before entering the other's borders unless conducting official business with eachother's corporations.

Currently the Federation is holding 2,764,891 Pantheaan citizens who will likely return to Pantheaan Confederation within 5 years depending on circumstance.

The Federation is not however interested in exchanging embassies as we believe corporate communication will more than suffice for diplomatic needs, and do not wish to needlessly risk the security of our ambassadors.

And you do realize Visara will end up taking over a lot of Pantheaan businesses, which actually might be a very good thing for your economy.

I would like to sign your free trade agreement and build and embassy in your country and you can build one in mine. If you agree to this $13.5 billion will be given to you to help rebuild your country.

The Divine Empire of Kreynoria wishes to exchange embassies with Pantheaa and sign a free trade agreement and a nonagression pact. Furthermore, we will offer $50 billion in aid as well as food, clothing, medical supplies, toys, and furniture. We will also send 15,000 Peace Army volunteers to help distribute the aid and assist in the reconstruction of Kursk.

"The Realm applauds the new Panthean regime, and hopes for its reign to be more successful than the former regimes of Pantheaa. As a sign of good will, the Realm is willing to consider both agreeing to a Free Trade Agreement and the donation of economic aide, but will wait for the situation in Pantheaa to stabilize. For the moment, we wish to open a diplomatic post in Pantheaa. With your nations permission, we shall fly in an ambassador and a security staff in and establish a diplomatic post. At the earliest possible opportunity and with the permission of the Panthean government, we shall construct a permanent embassy in Kursk. We will come back to you with information concerning the size, layout and design of the embassy. However, we promise to employ 90 - 95 percent Panthean construction workers in the construction of the embassy. Thank you for your attention and your swift answer."

We are surprised and humbled by this request. And we will be willing to accept a free trade agreement with Cotland. We also show our support in the hunt for terrorist within the Cotish Realm. In the future we hope that we can build a electronic surveillance system that can easily track terrorist and others who may try to harm innocents.
