"Having only recently opened up our nation to the outside world, we are both without enemies and without allies. We would certainly like to acquire some of the latter. We would like to join like-minded rightist nations in a holy crusade to cleanse our world of the Marxist-Leninist scourge. Bear in mind, we do welcome alliances with just anyone right-wing. Our contempt of National Socialism, racialism, and other abhorrent ideologies is equal to our unabiding contempt of Communism. Alliances with such nations are not welcome. Other than that, it is 'fair game,' so to speak. We will start by providing a bit of information about ourselves:

We are a stratocracy (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/stratocracy).
The economic policy we pursue is Absolute Capitalism (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Absolute_Capitalism).
We hate democracy. We have never held, nor will we ever hold, an election or referendum of any kind.
Our official religion is Roman Catholicism. However, we tolerate most religions, with only a few exceptions, such as Scientology.
We believe government has an obligation to regulate morality. In our nation, abortion, pornography, prostitution, homosexuality, etc. are all strictly outlawed, and sometimes punished by death.

[OOC: Unfortunately, you missed the days of the Right Wing Collective. Greater Dienstad, the region, is probably the largest collection of old RWC nations since it's the 'son' of Imperial Armies, or the RWC region which is now slowly dying. Nevertheless, since you have seemed to adopt absolute capitalism and simply because I consider myself a quasi-falangista, in terms of economic policy and Spanish unity in RL (as opposed to rascism, which I am a staunch opponent of), I think it would be worth to begin some in character diplomatics! Are you from Spain in any way?]

Ah brothers! It has been such a long time since the day I remember you as a party only! Truth be told, I actually can't remember you, for I wasn't bore yet, but it should be noted that my grandfather, the last Emperor [Jonach I], hailed from El Provencio and was a Spaniard. In his honor and, coincidently for our honor, we find it most appeasing to begin some sort of diplomatic relationship with your nation. Unfortunately, we might not seem like an enticing ally, given that we are in one of the largest wars to hit the world, perhaps greater than even the Second World War, but nevertheless I, myself, can guarantee you our ultimate victory. That said, I feel that it would be rather good for the both of us to engage in some sort of diplomacy for the time being, including perhaps an economic pact - it would only make sense, for we are of the same economic type! Regardless, I will allow you to return the telegram as to not bore you with my rants. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

While we would like to forge an alliance with a fellow right-wing nation such as yourselves, there is a limit to precisely how right-wing we are willing to accept. Execution for owning pornography or having an abortion, needless to say, is about eight country miles too far for us to tolerate. As such, we must decline any such offer of an alliance, and hope that your crusade fails miserably.
