Following over 30 years of peace, The Republic of Oceanaria's mechant vessels were suddenly attacked in the Otium Aqua. Prime Minister Roger Phike, leader of Oceanaria, was quoted as saying, 'We have waited far too long to defend ourselves. Indeed, we have the resources availible, and we will therefore use them to create a navy, army, and air force that is capable of doing so.'

After 30 years of peace over 10 Trillion dollars were saved by Oceanaria for this moment, and now the nation will use these funds to procure armed forces. Oceanaria is expected to purchase arms from Kreigzeimer (sp?), GAFE, and DMI to create their forces.

Oceanaria will likely place strong emphasis on their naval and air forces, as the nation's name may imply.
