We may just have work for you in the near future. First we would requestion some information regarding commissioning fees, and term of contract. It is far preferable to us to remain discreet in our interactions with you (hence the attached encryption protocols which will allow us to communicate without being intercepted, we have arranged for this signal to be clear of potential receivers on our end, and can only hope it does not meet with any in your space-volume.

It suits our needs to use mercenary forces on a strictly temporary and covert basis, rather than buying or engaging in long term contracts with your fleets. Further, we would like to know what your initial demands are in payment, per engagement or per unit-time.

We have a similar program alos, the CHIMERA mercs trained by the army but not a part of it as such

thye can be recalled to fight for Bekhaera but other than that are not under our control

trained at the CHIMERA institute and academy in the eastern isles the CHIMERA's consist of offworlders as well as natives who seek education and training in the arts of war and humanity
