I like to play a certain game. I call it the What If game.

What if Nazi Germany had waited to attack the Soviet Union until after it had sucesfully invaded Britain, for example.


In this RP, just that happens. Britain Falls to Germany, thus ending the western threat to Hitler's Fortress Europe. Germany attacks the USSR and throws its entire military into it, Capturing Stalingrad first, then Leningrad, and eventually making it to Moscow.

Japan attacks Pearl Harbor in the same week that Moscow falls to the Nazis, and the USSR surrenders. America gears up for war, but it is too late.

On January 8th, 1942, the first German Warship enters American Waters.

New York City falls to the Nazis on January 23rd.

While America is busy with German forces on the Eastern Seaboard, Japan launches an invasion of its own.

Hawaii falls to Japan on February 6th
San Francisco falls to Japan on February 25th

German forces surround Washington on March 14th, 1942

FDR gives one final speech from the white house. Howitsers and Stuart Tanks are visible on the white house lawn behind him. He instructs the American people to never surrender, to continue to fight the Nazis and the Japanese wherever they may be, whenever, however.

The American people take this to heart. 4 out of every 10 Americans take up arms and form resistance groups across America.

On June 21st, 1943, Japanese and German troops meet at Chicago and declare the conquest of the Modern world complete. Unfortunatly, the resistanse disagrees.

In this RP, you will controll a small group of 5 - 15 people, armed and ready to fight the Nazis (Illinois to Maine) or the Japanese (Missouri to Hawaii). They may be armed with any kind of weapon available in WWII. Most likley they will be armed with the weapons of whatever power is occupying them.

lots of ammunition for all weapons but are stashed away in their secret cave mountain base.

Description: Pacifica Resistance is a guerrilla unit that is based deep in the Cascade mountains. They are notorious for ambushing Japanese convoys that pass through the mountain pass on their way to other locations east with sniper, bazooka, and mortar fire. Then quickly disappearing back to their cave mountain hideout.

The Red Resistance formed shortly after the fall of the Soviet Union, after one year of hiding from German occupation they came together again to beat the Facists out of the Motherland. -((OOC: They all only speak Russian, but they will speak "English" in RP))-

Can I roleplay as a group of Allied hold outs in the Pacific?

The Tennessee Kraut Killers was formed by a young Lt named Micheal Taylor. The group is mostly made up from mixed infantry units plus two civilians turned military.

Lt. Taylor will stop at nothing to push the Germans back to the ocean, after that he wants to continue on..right to Berlin....

Get started whenever. who ever created it had some plot going with FDR rallying the groups into a unified offensive. Don't know how that's gonna happen though.

Did South America fall yet? If not, can my "squad" of people be part of a resistance organization that smuggles in weapons and equipment from South American holdouts? (It of course helps that they are mostly all ex-F-4U and P-51 pilots who can fly the goods in)

IMO Probably Vichy France, and mabye Germany would be doing something down there, but I have no authority in this game :D

Weapons: Mostly salvaged M1's (about 4) and a few carbines (8 or so). 14 Thompsons were taken. Several assorted sidearms including american Colts and captured Lugers. The men managed to take a 30 mm watercooled machine gun, 2 bazookas, along with about 18 grenades, a springfield, and 1 Browning Automatic Rifle. 3 MP-40's, 1 MP-44, and 5 Kar-98's were generously donated from the Nazis patrolling 43rd street yesturday *wink* .

can I go and... errrr.... ummmm.... post now?
