It was too far long for President Jason Batista to claim power for Leocardia. Jason was aging quickly, and now must have to take medication to keep him consious. The military had just came back from the Makoki Islands Conflict, which they have nearly annihilated the Pythagorian fleet, he was proud of the achievements the Leocardian Naval Blue Navy had done. He had the sudden thought that if he doesn't improve Leocardia's reputation in the world, soon countries to acknowledge Leocardia as an enemy, which Jason did not like. He stood up and went to his computer, opened the blimp up and began typing the email to all the countries to be invited.

I am President Jason Batista, leader of Leocardia, and I invite you in a Leadership Meeting in Leocardia.
