For too long the weak have gathered in numbers to become strong, for to long the powerful have stayed alone to be overwhelmed. This shall change today. The Imperium is calling all those who are strong and warriors at heart to come and form an alliance. You need no requirements other then being a militaristic state with military as a major priority.

You can have 6 million people within your nation or 7 billion it does not matter all that matters is you are prepared to defend yours and others right to exist and their sovereignty. We will defend our members with ferocity and courage and encourage others to respect the right of sovereignty.

It is time for the strong to unite and show them that we too can work together to a degree.

Charter of the Militaristic Nations Defense Pact [MNDP]
1. This is only a defense pact against other nations. It shall have no organized sub-government.

2. All Nations are allowed within the alliance, no matter government style or historical past

3. Should a nation allied to any nation within the MNDP be attacked the MNDP will not officially go to its defense. Member nations however may do as they desire with the nation being attacked or attacking.

4. Should two nations find reasons for hatred against each other a conference will be called between all members to solve this hatred.

5. Nations within the alliance are encouraged to seek out diplomatic ties with each other, not required.

6. Should any nation be attacked that is a member of the Pact the MNDP will respond with full force against the aggressor.

7. Any additions to the pact Character must be approved by ¾ of the Membership.
