Tinsuvilia

OOC: This is closed to Earth II, and it will take place after my intro RP, I just need to work that out with Huahin first.
IC:
Tinsu, Tinsuvilia
High Councillor Kantovar stood, garbed in the traditional elegant robes of the position, looking out the large windows of his office upon the shore of the Black Sea. It was his now, Huahin had finally let Tinsuvilia be free.
The sun, setting now far off over the sea to the west, cast an orange glow about the Councillor's office, giving it an eerie glow.
Lost in thought, Kantovar was brought back to the present by a soft knock behind him, followed by the squeak of a large door as it eased open.
"Councillor," came a deep deep voice from entry.
"Enter."
The door opened wider as a large man pushed against it, and Kantovar immediately recognized the body of his friend and compatriot, Admiral Juusan, Commander of the Navies.
"Councillor, it is good to see that you are well again."
Kantovar smiled at his old friend and thanked him. "Now, what is it that you need?"
"Councillor, our navies are wasted in the Black Sea, and yet we cannot exit because the straights are guarded by Ottoman Khaif. I wish for you to rectify this. Please, talk to the Ottomans, sign a treaty."
"I will see what I can do."
Greetings, fair ruler, I am Kantovar, leader of the Tinsuvilian people, and I come to you today seeking to meet. I would like to confer with you in person on several matters between our nations, you may set the terms if you desire. I await your response.
Kantovar
