It based itself in the city of Zakrah, which was the largest population center, and was subsequently named the capital. While Governmental buildings were put up, the land began to expand outward, including several neighboring states.

A small military manning 20,000 men began to be trained, armed only with AK-47's and RPG-7's to defened their new nation. A small series of newspapers began to be put out. Sitting in the lavish palace just outside the city was King Zukar Muzahmarkii, who lead with an iron fist over all his people. He sat within the main chamber, barking orders to people attempting to do things. The horrific quality of the Economy would have to be improved, along with advancement of Civil services. Nevertheless, he still had many things to do.

King Muzahmarkii paced the hallways of his lavish palace.

He looked over across the Nations largest river (http://edvista.com/holidays/03/egypt/alex.jpg), to the outer banks of the Eastern side of the city. He then headed up a massive staircase, walking into a lavish main hallway. He peered around, looking for his newly apointed Minister of Economic Developement. Monstrous amounts of Oil had been found, and nearly overnight money began to come in easily, causing the economy to ballon upward.

More money was put into the developement of the Public systems, schools, Hospitals, and the police force. Little Concern had been put into the military, which was very poorly trained. He found him sitting in his office aways down the hallway. He asked him how strong the economy would become if they were to focus production on Petroleum. "Yes, our Economy would go ten-fold." He became excited at this, thinking of all the things they could afford.
