The Nation Of Elcoria
Elcoria, known for Elcorian Catholcism which rejects Papal Infallibility, stating ''It is not the Pope who is infallible but Christ/God is/are the one(s) who is/are infallible'' and is distinct from general Catholicism has come on to the world stage. The Elcorians are led by Elcorius XXIV (may change) who lives in Elcorium, the capital, in the Citadel of St. Cephas.
Emperor Elcorius has decided to look for diplomatic relations with the nations of the world.
Elcorian Catholicism is the state religion of Elcoria, brought to the Elcorians by St. Zephyrius, the only saint to be recognized in the Elcorian Church but not in the other world Catholic Churches. The Church of St. Zephyrius is where he is laid to rest. The Papal-Elcorian split happened during Vatican I. The Elcorian representive, Cardinal Cephas had, when hearing of the Infallibility of the Popes being declared, said ''It is with the dearest respect that I say, it is not the Pope who is infallible, rather it is God/Christ who is.'' His notion was rejected and Papal Infallibilty went ahead. However, the Elcorians and some non-Elcorians sympathized with the notion and accepted it but did keep the rest of the Council.
In the Second Vatican Council, the Elcorians did not really want to change from the Tridentine Mass to the Novus Ordo Missae, saying that they did not want to forsake the traditions of ''following Our Lord as we have done for centuries.'' John D'Angelo, the Archbishop of Salamandria (a part of Elcoria) said ''Other parts of Vatican II would be accepted by the Elcorians, except the part on the change of the Holy Liturgy.'' The Elcorians are in communion with Rome but do reject some of the Catholic teachings, as specified by this info.
The Elcorian Catholic Church uses Elcorian in the Mass, instead of Latin. It was declared in the ''Slavian Decree'' which was made by Emperor Darius The 28th in the Council of Slavia. Constantine Maroulis, a Cardinal from an Elcorian land known as Naziazenia has worked for relations between Elcoria and Rome.
Note-I may change this, I am planning out Elcoria and Elcorian Catholicism.

Two F-22 Raptors, escorting the Consul, pulled away from the Consular Jet as is slowly made it's descent to the Airport that waited below. Commodus sipped a glass of wine and chatted about which Ambassador to choose for this particular country with his Foreign Affairs Procurator. He tilted his head back and closed his eyes as the plane landed with a screech from the tires.
Within a few minutes, the plane halted and five men from the Consul's security detail opened the door of the jet and exited the craft. The Consul and Procurator of Foreign Affairs exited the plane shortly after the security men. After the Consul, a few more guards stepped out.
