"How would it work though? You can't just drop a black-ops team off somewhere and expect them to remain there unnoticed for some undetermined amount of time, espescially not if youe xpect them to maintain their skills."

"I know, its a crazy idea, but there's got to be a way to do it. ANd you have to admit, it'd be worth it to have that kind of capability whenever and wherever you needed it."

"I dunno <censored>, Black ops cost a lot to train, I mean a lot. and with air transport going the way it is, getting a team in undercover when you need it seems like a better way to do it, cheaper at least."

"Planes can be shot down <censored>, pretty easily too, and airdefenses can only get better..."

The Shaping of a persons physical characterstics and abilities would not be an easy task... Possible certainly but not easy. Our conclusion is that application of hormones and mutagenic compounds would have the greatest affect if applied evenly over the early developmental stages (birth to three years) and agai during the late developemental stages (12-19 years), with physical regimens and conditioning throuhghout. The earlier DS could also be a stage for mental improvements and would be the best time to condition for the specific physical attributes you requested...

Roughly Three Months Later
The best way to get a supply of newly borns in good health would be adoptions, which is already handled by a governmental agency, and has the added benefit that, in some cases, prenatal developmental influence, covertly through State doctors. I'm not sure what you're planning here Jake, but keep me out of it, if word of this thing gets out, whatever it is, anyone involved will be crucified on the cross of public opinion...

"So I hear, but what are you planning on doing with them? 12 children is not enough for even a platoon of soldiers."

"they're not going to be super-soldiers, its an Intelligence thing, six pairs is only the initial group, experimentation and what not, we have to iron out the kinks to make sure project Apollo is even something feasible."

"What is the Apollo Project anyway? If its not creating supersoldiers, I hope you're not creating some sort of suicide operative or something."

"Most certainly not, they will be a prepositional black ops team, each pair trained to operate alone, deep in enemy territory, readyiong the area for military operations."

"Do you think it will work?"

"I have no Idea, but I'm willing to try it. Just think, if we never have to risk spies to blow up a vital bridge, or get intelligence on a landing zone, trained to be perfect sleeper agents and uncompromising black operatives until they're eighteen, then shipped to some trouble spot through a chain of blinds until they get where we want them. Then they wait, maybe for years, maybe they'll move somwhere else. EVentually, we have to invade, or assassinate someone. We just send the call out, and John and Jane Smith come out of the wood work and do blow something up, or kill someone, or take some pictures, then they disapear again, because they've been trained their whole lives to never be caught."
