Ok well I have decided that I’m going to try to use power point to compare nations human or xeno development level, this will go on GDP per captia and Civil rights ratings, feel free to sign up.
And Also find the average the ratings for this will be
50 for low end poverty stricken nations
250 For an average (that means Ok Civil rights and a moderately high GDP per captia, though government types and what they allow can affect this)
200 for high end Civil rights and moderately high GDP..
500 for a high GDP and Extremely good civil rights (excellent and above)
