The Supreme General looked over the remains of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Imperial Fleets.

Which was almost NOTHING.

What had happened, you ask? A nuclear warhead. That's what happened.

Off in Makoki, Leocardia had intervened in the war against Roubus. On Roubus's side. And in a move of questionable intelligence, had used nuclear torpedoes on the Pythogrian fleet. Pythogria replied with a single nuclear weapon on the Leocardian Fleet, destroying most of it. The war then stopped.

But the navy was still in shambles.

And thus, the Supreme General decreed the following:

"In response to the recent devastation of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Imperial Fleets, I initiate the order to REBUILD these fleets damaged by the Leocardian nuclear attack. I also initiate the construction of THREE more Imperial Fleets over the next 40 years. Each Imperial Fleet will now contain the following:

-1 VD-1 SuperDreadnought

-2 VA-1 Aircraft Carriers

-4 VB-1 Battleships

-24 VC-1 Cruisers

-36 VS-1 Submarines

-42 VF-1 Frigates

However, due to the incredible amounts of financial strain this will put on Pythogria, I decree that Pythogria is to decrease the sizes of both it's Army and Air Force by 6% each, freeing up money once used for maitenence.

Expected Completion Time: 40 Years."

As the order's Security Rating was One Star, it was made public and broadcast all over the world.

OOC: To let you know, this WILL place my country on really tight budget constraints for a very, very, very good long time. It'll also mean I won't be able to keep up most wars I don't absolutely need to fight.

Talk to the DMG, buy yourself some ships to at least sustain yourself while you rebuild. If you're rebuilding over 40 years, you'll have well enough time to pay it off.

For some economic trade agreements as payment, considering Naval power is TRC's primary emphisis, we could send over workers and/or equipment to assist your rebuild.

This means that I don't renew the amount I have every NS year), my army isn't as big as it could be. that being said, I am deploying 5 carrier battle groups to your nation's shores. They will remain in international waters, unless called upon elsewhere. Each group consists of:

1 CVN-77 Nimitz Supercarrier
2 Ticonderoga Class AEGIS Missile Cruisers with 2 Sikorsky Seahawk Helicopters each
3 Type 45 "Daring" Anti-air Destroyer with 1 Superlynx Helicopter Each
3 DDG-51 Arleigh Burke Missile Destroyers with 1 Sikorsky Seahawk Helicopter each
2 Oliver Hazard Perry Class Frigates with 2 Sikorsky Seahawk Helicopters each
3 SSN Seawolf-21 Attack Submarines
1 Sacromento Class Resupply Ship

Each Carrier has the following Compliment of Aircraft

Chances are, if you get into a conflict, I'll end up committing more forces to your region. Pretty much as long as you avoid too many offensive operations, and agree to return them in the same condition you found them in, sure.

While they do not have any way to trace them back to us, if they do, it might not be too good for national survival, so I might need your help. OOC: It was a heck of a lot more work than just copy and paste. I happen to know that my products are cheaper than any other storefront's in this forum. I sell similar products for less money. Plus I have a wide variety of RL designs unlike everyone else. That's the efficient part. Besides that, I'm working on increasing to more NS designs, rather than RL. But for now, my RL designs are the cheapest on the block.

Pythogria will NOT accpt slaves, at ALL. WHATSOEVER. Slavery is against our laws, customs, and traditions, not to mention half the alliances we are in. Paid workers ONLY please.

Erm, no. In our terms, a Frigate is a smaller ship with only two much smaller guns on it. And two battleships a fleet seems to be OK.
