You should probably limit the war to newer and less experienced countries so it isn't dominated by Nukes, ICBMs, and satellite tech, seeing how new you are.

I will join up, though I do not intend to invade anyone unless they attempt to attack me first. Keep in mind that I can field a 6 million man army, a powerful navy (based on the nimitz carrier, I don't care how powerful your SD is, you aren't standing up to 15 waves of JSFs loaded with penetrating Small diameter bombs!), and a very powerful airforce. If anyone wants me to later, i'll post a declaration of forces.
