100 million Emergency Services personnel quickly with advanced radio notice poured accross the southern ramissle borders as the government collapsed after the assasination by an unknown party. It wasn't ICCD, but whoever it was could cause massive fallout in the area, and that area was right next, and between ICCD's two largest population centers.

ICCD informed the ramissles confused security forces that the Dians were here to help them reestablish order in the region and that throughout ramissle florintine the government was collapsing as the president and soon other high profile individuals died or vanished under mysterious circumstances.

Not only was ICCD crossing or planning to cross the borders but an array of Irathrian and Foreign Powers.. bent on various missions, from humanitarian aid to taking control of the population.

It was a tense time for those in the area especial the Casa Militar which just days earlier was concentrating on pacification and transport in the Niall Noiglach Civil War. Out of no where the pulse of the state was near arrest whole communities hudled in their homes underground with only community leaders and as such security forces gathering materials and continuing the process. Children used the underground tunnels to go to school, meanwhile in ramissle radiowaves were flooded with messages that everything would be OK and that the presence of ICCD was not an invasion, it was a peacekeeping operation to insure peace and order. Emergency local elections would be called and administered by ICCD and when new local governments were formed regional governments would follow and eventually ramissle may again be reunited under a secure government, one that would not so easily break away into anarchy.

The 1st Combat Archery Division was the only militasry unit in the NN Royal Armed Forces trained to police civilian forces, and as such, they had been dispatched from Southern NN with part of the 1st Royal Navy to the troubled location immediately. Overhead, a group of 5 Hyperions and 3 Trojan II Combat Airships moved into the area to protect a group of Luthien Monks and Nuns entering with rescue vehicles and medical kits full, ready to help out the people in any way that they could.

Galashiels
PAF Stoddart

This was going to be seen as an exercise by the High Command of Galashiels. The target they were approaching was relatively light, but it was still seen as an opportunity to practice.

A single An-124 transport aircraft, painted Matt Black, was currently being loaded up with Zulu troop, the Galashiels special forces operatives, and various supply blocks and small jeeps. To escort the transport, four F-45 fighters were being readied as well. To make sure the whole lot of them got there, a single A-50 refueling aircraft was being taken along as well. It was a major logistical exercise.

About 0200 hours, all six aircraft liften gently into the crisp morning air, ready to fight whatever they saw coming. They should arrive at around 1100 hours....

.....Just as the Mafia in Ramissle were having their breakfast. After the collapse of law and order, they staked their claim on as much as they could protect, and they weren't likely to give it away. Various pieces of stolen military hardware, and some splintered units of the Florintine Army had joined them.

They were waiting for an assault to come, and were ready for it.

Atryau Naval Base

A small flotilla was being loaded with tanks and men. This would be a normal sight, had it not been for the live ammunition signs around the docks, signalling the men were going somewhere purposeful. M-34 amphibious tanks dominated the place, with their huge engines rumbling. Men yeleld and loaded onto their Ro/Ro boats and Assault Ships.

Offshore, Gala's 79th Flotilla comprised of a missile cruiser, three destroyers and five frigates was waiting for the various assault and replenishment ships to come and join them. Later, they would be joined by a shiny new Kuznetsov Aircraft Carrier which had been converted for beach attack use.

This was going to be interesting.

ICCD in concert with it's embassies and military attaches spoke with major commanders of the military and Ramisslian police forces. The millions of Dians quickly backed up the local forces and shared intelligence under the gaurenty that self rule and a rejoining of Ramissle as a whole state would occur.

The Dians dependant on previous military and security arangements as well as a stable local considered the disnitigration of a sovereign state in Ramissle as very dangerous.

Martial Law was ordered, movements were stopped. Everyone required a reason for their moves, airspace was locked down and temporary bases began being established.

All foreign individuals were ordered to leave unless they had express visa and all borders and airspace was closed with any stray vehicles being shot down by blackholes, and further inland interceptors. The ports had 50 major ports and shipyards had 30 missle corvets each backed by what was left of the western ramisslian navy.

Anyone breaking curfew was either given a warning or arrested, as martial law anyone who broke the law was temporarily exported to Intracircumcordei to a secure underground location to remove all elements of disruption.

All businesses were told that they could continue to operate but under martial law all goods and materials would go to securing order first.
All foreign citizens were told that they had 48 hours to leave unless their embassy could insure their business was required.

All illegal state powers not democratically elected had groups of Dian special forces secure them and export them to iccd, some operations failed and Dian Casualties numbered in the thousands even with armour. However the result was hoped to be a stable area for democratic elections to occur.

In the areas around ICCD, Luthien Monks and Sisters, in their distinctive white robes and habits, set up field hospitals, using the strength of the Combat Archery Divisions to help in the construction of some new Hospitals and schools for the children.

My first post was hacked so here is a quick recap.

Broadcast: Only Personnel from Niall Noiglach, Amazonian Beast and Intracircumcordei are rightfully assisting the people of Ramissle reform thier rightful government all others are foreign invaders bent on conquring the area for their own gains.

Operations. Black holes and cruise type missles (around 80) are put on standby for the deadline to pass with beltway) in addition 200 blackholes have been assigned from the north dian airforce. current operations army and if needed an additional 60 can be deployed seabased.
They climb to 40,000 ft. then switch from mach 5 to up to mach 10, a minute later they boost come within 10-20 miles of target offload scramjet stealth missiles. arond 400 to 600 (missiles will be launched at beltway if he doesn't vacate. ground based systems will have an extremely hard time shooting them down due to being over mach 10+ this time they are equiped with penetrating tips and high explosive charges. capable of leveling buildings and destroying vehicles and causing a blast radius of 200-400 meters. within 100 meters most everything close to surface bunkers would be blown out. also all the oxygen in the area is sucked up and it becomes deadly for non gas masked personnel. Any light vehicles in the area would be damaged from the blast, heavy vehicles outside the 100 meter zone would be ok.. abrams however may see their armour 'crack'

Right now air operations are being conducted by negro helicopter and blackhole.

(Dian navy quick overveiw 10 dragonstars one for each major fleet 6 on west 4 on east (in east one is deployed northern islands one near niall, one at the international zone and one in the islands as reserve, 3 more are in construction. and every 5 ns years one more should enter service. 20 rescue carriers , one is assigned to each fleet and some are assigned in task forces additionally 4 are assigned to the IDF Navy/Search and rescue (every two ns years a new one enters service. 1500+ missle corvettes of a number of varieties some are older some are newer around 700 are assigned to the east and 800 to the west(palamos has 100) 100 missle corvettes are added annually. supercaviated subs approximately 500 250 on east 250 on west 20 surface dominance ships. these are assigned to the fleets with 2 built ever 5 ns years.

there are 3 other armies operating 'around beltway 2 to the south and one in the mountains. there is one army assigned to each major city of ramissle.)
there are 'other' personnel as well on standby on the otherside of the border and can be anywhere in ramissle in less than half a day.

Satalite imagry and advanced sensors are being used. anyone not meant to be in the area with be arrested or killed. Any foreign militaries that do not act repsectfully and inform that they are in the process of leaving will be attacked.

Some people don't get the effect of a foreign infusion of millions of troops to help the rightful loyal government why do you need to stall?

What details don't you have. You've been lying to me. Saying you didn't do anything now saying you are doing things, what is it?

If you have forces or there are any rebels they will be delt with, my take is that they would have the capacity for rebellion because they wouldnt be able to foster popular support because their communications industry would be shut down. This done by the MCT's which have the capacity to splice or cut communications lines, as well as 'jam' and overpower communications signals.

That is where RP comes in I havn't said anything you are doing isn't posible. it is just if there is a point we meet such as me having aircraft or troops in the area and you are an invading army.. there may be conflict.

What is the issue?

Take into perspective ramissle and ICCD has hundreds of years of background and are next door neightbours.. ramissle itself dividing north and south ICCD. You think ICCD would sit back and watch them dinintigrate into chaos?

ICCD launched the attacks as planned Well over 200 stealth aircraft were launched in a 30 minute operation launcing m/l air to surface missles (in what would ammount to be 600 missles befor punching out of the area at high 40k altitude and returning to base.

"S1 S2 93, 20 miles automated deploy and manover 83, out, over." Phsfhh.

The aircraft had a minute jostle and the speed increased what was hard to disern as the viewers moved like a smear on the HUD inside the pilots visor. The air feeling hard yet still breathable, the pilots movements not so much moving but the air around the pilot acting a shell or second skin.

The pilot would not even see the target hit, she would already be hundreds of miles away. This like over 200 others and some unmanned planes. The whitesteams not only collecting data but also altering some signals as needed.

Meanwhile on the ground at over 100 miles per hour 60 subs were closing in deep. As soon as they were in torpedo range they sent off 120 long range self guided supercaviated torpedos. Unsure if they would hit, but programed to detonate when sonic wake reached them, they were of the large convetional tacticle (650mm+) , spaced enough aimed in the direction and satalite targeted of the beltway fleet. It was assumed they wouldn't hit, but atleast give the beltway a little jostle, this was turning into war and ICCD wasn't looking for it. Either Beltway would survive and maybe take ICCD's warning a little more seriously, or Beltway would proove to be unable to mount any serious threat.

Beltway an ally had declared war by supporting a rebellion in ICCD's temporary ally Ramissle and this action was in defence of Ramissle, intended to be a warning.

In the Casa Militar orders went out a few minutes prior to lock everything down as nuclear retaliation or complete chaos was posible as different countries decided ICCD was the villian, when it was actually the saviour of Ramissle.

It was unknown what the effect of 800 missles would be or if the Beltway Mechanized Division would have defences. Only time would tell, 5 minutes. The Praetors and other high officials watch the satalite feed and had their potty pads near moistened.

meanwhile the Emperor at 3:30 AM was awake, oddly his morning veiw of the seaside sunrise was changed with the look of a plain wall 9 KM underground at 39 degrees celsius at a secure site.

p.s. by 'ramissle' national security. I mean 'ramissles' "crime syndicates"' almost the same thing..

ICCD in addition is giving annual salaries to the kingpins of 100 million each for letting ICCD remove foreign influences. Lt's 10 million each. ICCD is also recruiting the good foot soilders for 100 thousand each for gathering intelligence and information etc.. rewards for $10 thousand for anyone to give information on any foreign activities in Ramissle.

Each kingpin is given mayorial controls of the cities and ICCD troops are assisting in keeping things 'calm'.

Resistance by the syndicate groups that wern't cooperating with the Dian 'Support Forces', in the second stage were now being targeted. Most of these syndicate members were unknown. However their activities were starting to be traced. Where it was small scale strikes were conducted such as Infantry rocket attacks on houses, car bombs, but intelligence took a higher priority.

The coastal syndicate operators were least pleased as the stop of trade from the coast was hurting thier business. ICCD offered to compensate by increasing trade from palamos, at rebated prices and to make up for any lost or damaged contracts, if they continued and supplied to ICCD instead.

The East Isles seemed the least resisting the breakup, relations for the last few hundred years had been amible though and the sailors often mingled.

The East Ramissilian Navy bought out entirely with ICCD insuring that their salaries would continue to be paid if they support the Dian Operations. Also the ports and ship building supplies would continue to flow, and that while there was this close cooperation registered fishing ships would be able to operate within territorial limits.

The tab for ICCD was adding up into the billions. The lists of those on payroll was increasing, ICCD was hoping Ramissle ultra private business would infuse into ICCD structured economy to provide good prices on surplus ramissalian goods.

The cities were suffering with food shortages that the Dian government started supplying from their trade surplus.

Small scale 'seperatist' violence was occuring. News stories of a death here or there occured. Dian casualties did occur but more then often it was the seperatists.

There were rumours about officers who were planning to defect to seperatist states. To compensate ICCD invited the commanders of the Ramissalian Navy to the West Farland Casa Militar to organize jointly. Some obliged, those that didn't were put under surveilance. There was something going on, ICCD wasn't sure if it was resistance to Dian Invovlement or truely seperatism. At the least all those that went were privately offered 3 times their old salary to work for Intracircumcordei, and they would be given title of baron, and seats in a new Ramissalian Casa.

Soon after rumours of a Dian Takeover of Ramissle spread throughout the military. Followed soon by offers for soilders to get 3x pay to join the Dian Foreign legion, and Dian Citizenship. This was causing a breakup in the military, those that didn't seek to be puppets of ICCD and those that were for the Dei. Most that joined the foreign legion were on the East Coast, although number modest it showed some fragmentation. Those that left the Miltiary where posible were tracked which led to the syndicate, part of the military went underground.

Some commanders attempted to go underground as well, those that were under surveillance ended up having special forces teams 'cut them off' and secretly deport them into ICCD for questioning.

On the west the navy was ordered to port and on temporary stoppage, and sailors would receive 3 times pay.

Attacks started to increase in frequency as the seperatism started chanigng into a pronationalism or atleast a common cause in 'liberating' Ramissle from ICCD.

Although ICCD was not attempting an annexation they were proding to see which officers were corrupt and which ones were not. Those that joined the forieng legion were sent to one of the south eastern islands for 'conversion' training.

A couple of the syndicates requested that ICCD leave the city area and move their bases atleast a few miles from the cities and they did that.

Communications lines were repaired with taps in ramissle and to ICCD but no where else yet the rest were set to when ramissle would be back on it's feet.

ICCD had a plan of roundup much like the rural urban wars. They would single out each syndicate one at a time. Only time would tell if it would be successful. With the belt way out of Ramissle, it left ICCD and it's allies to insure peace and structure for Ramissle.

Small communities were 'relocated' to the cities for 'security' reasons. Although some resisted they were paid handsomely for their movement.

A single Spartan KH-6 series, Vagabond satellite watched overhead as it moved into Geo-Syncronis orbit watching the action unfold. Producing high-resolution digtial real time video which was being streamed back to fort 'St. Conrad' where Commanding Officers and other high ranking military personelle watched and discussed the next course of action.

This thread should be closed. It should be restarted, where Ramissle is in a middle of the civil war. That is how it would be. Nobody is going to RP as Ramissle/Florintine because it is to easy to godmode doing it. If you are trying to take over Ramissle/Florintine, you can not RP as the nation.

Because I don’t want any part of the land, I willl RP as Ramissle/Florintine. ICCD, get this thread locked.

Jump in or start a new thread.. ICCD entered ramissle in a flood imediately after contacting some contact they had on a deal of helping insure peace and order after the death of the president. If you'd like go back in time.. it doesn't have to be linear just try to keep it coherent.


The murder was done via a coupe that was going on by officers under the payola of the syndicate the power behind the state. ICCD learned of some of those behind it and launched overt missions against them. So the story is unfolding. It isn't over by a long shot.. any side stories pick them up..

The idea of the death of the president is the 'hook' to this.. as there is no one controlling the whole of ramissle florintine so it is anarchy... you can control some faction just pick up the characters like some generals etc.. a syndicate etc.. play as you like. I'm gonna keep this going, you can choose to ignore it though.

The Reserve fleet was now being used to patrol the East Isles and two legions were moved into Cernenth.

The Emperor personally appeared on the evening ESTV broadcast with three star general in command of Cerenth.

'Thankyou to those in the world community, Our Holy Empire and Our commrades in Ramissle. In these troubling times, we have found ourselves at risk of fatality, due to foreign invaders, those plotting to destabalize Irathria and our general peace.' As most of you know the President of Ramissle was executed during an assassination by unknown assailants, the result of this was deep fractures throughout ramissle and florintine ramissle. As both I and my long time freind who I know from the times I was his fathers military attache, to the time when he latter served as attache here in The seat of the eternal, we know that both Dian and Rammisallian Security is vitally important. Due to the level of insecurity especially to the West we have at this time jointly agreed on a strenghtened security relationship in Cerenth and the Islands. ICCD has yet to gain assurance from the poltical and military powers elsewhere in Ramissle however we hope that continued support can continue in regard to defence from those terrorists and sepratists in Ramissle that seek to foster animosity between this longtime peace between Ramissle and Intracircumcordei.'

The General then spoke:
"Local Elections will be held in Cerenth within the next month, after this point a new legistlature will be elected in Cerenth. We hope that the power that be can find a satisfactory establishment that will keep internal violence to a minimun so that ramissle as a whole can reform to be the mighty world power it once was.'

These is one sided RP. You role-playing as both you and Ramissle is unfair. The reason for it is this you want Ramissle’s land!!! I don’t want none, I repeat, none of this land. So, this thread is VOID.

Soon after business started operating much more eased. Regular Legion Forces took over most of the role of insuring stability, and the reserve, and Provincial Forces were withdrawn, back to their training and policing operations.

Within months marshall law within the Empire was returned to law of the Imperium.

ICCD also implemented using the Imperial foreign Legion to supliment the Imperial Legion.

The Elections in cerenth went as planned, and the Emperor's former friend started improving domestic security modelling it on the imperial model. Still there was some unrest.

Soon after the Ramissleian military in the north and south west requested that they take over their own security completely, as well the mafia's operations were sabatouging some Dian operations, and were next to imposible to ferret out without causing a huge public (underground) backlash.

So forces were gradually withdrawn from ramissle, and the fleets changed to 1 fleet patroling the seas on the west and one on the east.


It was uncertain how long it would be able to be stable without the Dian troops presence; however, general elections ended up installing a somewhat federal leadership for the regions in Ramissle, but it seems around 4 different people were commanding their own areas, pretty much independant of the new central government and "president".

Over this the local syndicate seemed as in the past largely autonomous. Trade and aid was given to Cerenth, as well as a continued, advisor, and support staff presence. The South West region also maintained a troop presence. Still total annexation was out of the question, and autonomy and self organization, continued.

still economic programs were launched with the south and the territory east of the northern mountains, hoping to create economic ties that allowed intelligence gathering, and a deterent for any conflict.

ICCD also offered to sell ramissle military equipment at cost. If it wasn't for the immobilization in the Ramisslian military command after the presidents assasination, and the few military coupes, by the New Barbary command, the Navy and Syndicate backed south central and south west, then Dian forces wouldn't have as much ease.


Still damage was done, over 10,000 Dian forces casualties in the 2 year long operation, and over 40,000 injuries both combat and noncombat and Billions in supplies and other war materials.
