Invitation To A Party (FT; Semi-Open; Intro)

SeaQuest DSV
03-05-2006, 20:49
Some time ago, the SeaQuestian Empire had come across a planet being fought over between two factions. The Ba'ku that lived on the planet's surface and a space-faring, off-shoot race, the Son'a, that wanted it for their own. Under the careful mediation of SeaQuest's Princess Elyon Weena Brown (http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g166/The_Illuminati_Orb/Character%20Pics/elyon1.gif), the Son'a and the Ba'ku agreed to share the planet with a group of Alteran colonists. They've been living on and around the planet inside the nebula known as the Briar Patch, ever since under the watchful eye of the SeaQuestian Princess.

The Son'a ships, fifteen battlecruisers and fourty destroyers, combined forces with the few SeaQuestian ships that remained behind after the planet was granted status as an independent protectorate of the SeaQuestian Empire. Thus, it wasn't considered a colony, but a smaller, independent nation under the protection of the larger nation of SeaQuest.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Present Day...

Admiral Ru'afo's ship - Bridge

"Helm, are we ready to get under way?"

"Yes, Admiral. Engines are powered up and idling."

"Engage."

"Aye, sir."

Exterior

The destroyer (http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b91/SeaQuest_Sim/Schematics/SeaQuest%20DSV/sona_missionscoutship.jpg) slipped out from one of the shipyards (http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b91/SeaQuest_Sim/Schematics/SeaQuest%20DSV/dominion_shipyard.jpg) orbiting the planet and dissapeared into the mists of the nebula. They were en route to the outer edge to transmit a greeting to the stars.

Fluid Time later...

Briar Patch Nebula - Outer Edge - Exterior

Admiral Ru'afo's ship eventually cleared the drifting gases that made up the nebula that the nation of SeaQuest DSV called home.

The pre-recorded message was broadcast into the void of space on all channels and frequencies.

Messages

Greetings to all star faring nations of the void. We, the nation of SeaQuest DSV, send you are greetings and invite you to a little gala we are planning. Co-ordinates to where you can meet the ship that will be your guide through the nebula around our planet are included with this message. We only ask that you come in peace and not war.

Have a lovely day. Hope to see you at the party.

OOC:
@All:
1.) If you're just planning to join to beat the smaller nation, then you're not welcome here.
2.) In regards to Princess Elyon, you are going to be seeing more of her via this nation than my main one.
3.) Please don't send giant capital ships. This is a peaceful party, so no need to send anything with intimidation factor.

"SeaQuestians? What are they doing inviting us to anything?"

"I wouldn't know sir. This is an opportunity to demand an apology from their arrogant princess, and her bodyguards."

"No. We won't stoop to their level. Send a diplomat, but we will not mention that debacle. If they want to apologize we will allow them, but we will not discuss it."

"Yes sir. Hamish?"

"Hamish."

"Should we send Emily with him?"

"No, she's been through enough. She can go if she wants to, but I will not ask her to."

"Emily..."

"I know Hamish. James told me. I'll go."

"Emily..."

"No Hamish, I'll go."

"Alright Emily. I'll have James get the Tankersley ready. We leave in a few hours."

Several Hours Later

Hamish and Emily Alexander boarded their personal yacht, and departed Solarin Space for the party they had been invited to attend.

A responding message was send out in return:

Feel free to attend. Though, due not, the co-ordinates provided in our previous message were to local enviromental concerns. Our ship waiting at those co-ordinates will inform you more on the subject once you arrive.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

In response to the newly arrived Tigerlan craft, Admiral Ahdar Ru'afo (http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b91/SeaQuest_Sim/Character%20Pics/Ruafo.jpg), sent out a message in greeting.

Welcome to the Briar Patch (http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b91/SeaQuest_Sim/Locations/BriarPatch2375.jpg). If you care to wait your escort ship will be here momentarily. Do note, please maintain only one-third you max speed while inside the nebula. As your ship has not been outfitted for this region of space, any faster will cause you to loose your engine manifolds. Also, please stick to the course layed out by the escort craft. The Briar Patch is dotten with pockets of volitile gases that could be set off by your engine exhausts.

Exterior

Another ship, larger than the destroyer commanded by Ru'afo, emerged gracefully from the nebula. Wisps of the nebula's gasses drifted aside as she pushed through.

This ship, at 855 meters long, 200 meters high, and 1,055 meters wide, was one of the fifteen Son'a built and operated battleships flying the flag of SeaQuest DSV. Like the destroyers, which measured 438 meters long, 58 meters high, and 325 meters wide, the battleships (http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b91/SeaQuest_Sim/Schematics/SeaQuest%20DSV/sona_battleship.jpg) were things of beauty. Each appeared almost to be individually scuplted and carved from a single block of material.

The battleships, all fifteen, had been assigned to act as escorts for the arriving representatives. They would each be spending time travelling back and forth between the planet hidden deep inside the nebula and the outer edge where Ru'afo's ship sat greeting the visitors.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Another message was sent to the Tigerlan ship:

Your escort has arrived.

It would take several hours of an uneventful trip through what some had described as the beautiful, yet subtle, interactions of reds, greens, and a few other shades of gas inside the nebula before reaching the ringed planet known as Ba'ku (http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b91/SeaQuest_Sim/Locations/Ba27ku.jpg). Off in the distance, near the planet's southern pole, a shipyard could be seen containing a mass of metal that had yet to take shape. A prototype for a new breed of ship to serve in the SeaQuest DSV fleet was being built there.

After gracefully inserting into orbit, the ship that had serve as the Tigerlan's escort sent them a message:

We are enclosing a set of co-ordinates on the planet below. They are for a grassy plain on an island near the Alteran city. You can land a shuttle there, beam down, or land your entire ship depending on your technology.

A single small Wormhole opened in the system the message originated from. A small vessel, similar in design to all vessels of the Solarin League emerged. It only hada pair of PD guns and one extremely small MAC gun. No vessel could realistically consider it to be a credible threat.

This is the SMS Tankersley. We are requesting clearance to land, or to send a shuttle to the surface.

1.) Its not in the system. Its outside the nebula containing the system. All you'll see is a large cloud and the lone battleship.
2.) I'm going to give you this one trial RP off of ignore. Screw up, and you'll go straight back on.

IC: Ru'afo's ship sent a message to the TSL craft:

As per proceedure, we must inform you that while you are following your escort through the nebula, you will be required to maintain a speed of no more than one-third your top velocity. Any faster will cause your engine manifolds to blow.

Your escort will arrive shortly. Do not deviate from the flight path as set by your escort.

As the Solarians were known by SeaQuestians to be quite arrogant and very trigger happy, two battleships emerged from the Briar Patch to act as escorts instead of the usual one.

OOC: My mistake.

IC:

"What is an engine manifold?"

"I believe it's a reference to old internal combustion engines."

"Oh. He thinks we'll rupture a portion of our drive system. I guess we better stick to one third of MMP. Let's do it."

"Aye sir, one third acceleration."

The Admirals Stateroiom:

"It seems they've forgiven us. Either that or we're going to be "disappeared" on our way in. We're getting a proper escort at the very least."

"Hamish, you always did think as a military man first. You are a politician now, they aren't foolish enough to kill us, they simply do not trust us. Why they believe they need two full sized Battleships against a private yacht is beyond me, but that is my best guess."

"Because they likely believe we will call in a ravening horde of murderous barbarians if they don't watch us at all times."

"Paranoid much?"

"Yes."

The ship accelerated smoothly into the nebula cloud, following directly between and behind the two battleships that were its escorts.

The S.S. Divinity appeared from the gateway wormhole and in front of them they say an alien vessel of foreign design, a vessel they had not seen before or had any record of

"Hmm maybe theyre here for the SeaQuestians?" pondered Cole as he looked on at the ship

The Divnity was oen of the new generation fleet constructed with Yazzan and Abh technology, the finest vessel in the fleet Cole thought

"i wonder who else will be there?" asked ensign Rikil, Cole shrugged in his usual fashion, he wasnt one for formailities

OOC: @Bek: SQDSV uses designs different from my other nations. More of a ST tech base as well.

IC: Both of the battleships assigned their escorts came along on both sides of the Solarin ship.

A third battleship came out of the nebula as Ru'afo's ship sent the usual greeting message containing the warning about maintaining one-third of the ship's top speed to the S.S. Divinity. The escort for the Divinity came alongside and slightly below the one being escorted. She was position so the Divinity was located above her port 'wing'.

All three battleships began to escort the representatives' ships on the hours long trip through the Briar Patch.

The Briar Patch, or Klach D'Kel Brakt, which is its original Klingon name, is a region in Sector 441 containing dangerous space matter including the remains of supernovae, false vacuum fluctuations, metaphasic radiation, and at least two habitable planets

"Use low power until we are notified to return to normal readings" Cole ordered, he didnt wnat to take any risks in the Briar Patch

A small personnal frigate, the Corsica, came out of hyperspace. Following the coordinates and directions that were recieved in the message from the SeaQuestian Princess Elyon, the frigate quickly manuevered through the nebula section. They finally came before a large shipyard hovering in space in orbit of a beautiful sea-covered planet.

"Captain see to it that the Space Port authorities are informed of our arrival," said a tall blond haired man, starch trimmed red uniform brilliant against the black of space.

"Yes Major," replied the captain. He nodded to his aide.

"See to it that our escort launches and keeps within several hundred meters. All weapons deactivated and powered down."

From the small hanger of the frigate two Taurus mobile suits launched. They manuevered to the flanks of the ship and made holding patterns, keeping pace with the slower craft.

We are allegedly their allies. It is not the closest of friendships though. Their overweaning arrogance forced us to expel them from our homeworld until we recieved an apology from their princess for her behaviour. We are not going to press the issue, but we are hopeful that they will see reason and apologize for their poor choices when in the sovereign territory of another nation.

OOC:
1.) Like I told TSL, the co-ordinates in the original transmission would have taken you to the edge of the nebula where Admiral Ru'afo's ship is waiting to provide you with the little tid-bit about the speed limit and intro to your escor.
2.) Sorry about the delay. RL got in the way.

IC: Ru'afo watched the display of the Thrasian craft as they darted about.

He sent a simple transmission to their main ship as the battleship that was to escort them through the Briar Patch emerged from the gaseous clouds:

Welcome to the Briar Patch. Please maintain a speed no greater than one-third your maximum velocity while inside the nebula. Any faster will cause your engine manifolds to overheat as you have not been fitted to operate in this area.

Also, do not deviate from the route that your escort lays out. Their are explosive pockets of gas in the nebula that could be ignited by your engine exhaust.

We have assigned our largest current ship class to be the escorts for the arrivals due to the fact they are easier to keep track of as sensors tend to be limited to visual range only and long-range comms do not work inside the nebula. If you wish to send a transmission to a distant place, feel free to request a ship to escort the ship you assign to transmit the message to the outer edge of the nebula and back.

I wish you a pleasent stay in DSV space.

With that, the battleship came about and joined in formation with the Thrasian craft to lead them on the hours long trip through the nebula to orbit around the planet.

Once in orbit, the Thrasians, Solarians, and Bekhaerans would be given the same co-ordinates to the same grassy plain as the Tigerlans had been. They were also given the same option of either beaming down, landing, or sending a shuttle to said co-ordinates.

"A little sail boat. Quaint."

"Hamish! What's the holdup?" A small woman appears behind the Admiral, but the short stature is an illusion. Were she able to stand she would be nearly 2 meters tall. Instead she is trapped in a life support chair, ever since an accident that left her barely alive, and with only the use of her left arm and head. It is quite obvious simply by looking that loading the life-support chair into the boat will be impossible if it is done by hand. It weighs nearly 800 pounds.

"Of course I can Hamish. Now shut up and get out of my way so we can get going. Standing about like I was an invalid..."
The Solarians would soon learn, just like everyone else did, that appearances can be decieving. The sails of the craft were, in fact, purely for show. Also, each had a gangplank concealed in the side of each via molecular compression technology, which would fluidly extend to the ground so the representatives from their assigned nation could board. Once they were aboard, the ships' pilots would caste off. The only sounds was that of the wind and the representative's voices, yet the craft were able to move faster than if they were just pushed along by wind, though there were no visible causes for this.

While en route, each pilot would offer his passengers some fresh, high-quality Qat, a mild narcotic leaf that is chewed. The whole purpose of this was to see if they would accept or not.

The USS Defender floated quietly and slowly in to the darkness of space, its sleek blackish shining hull illuminated by the light of space.

The commander looked around on the bridge; he stood tall looking over operations, officers tapping on holographic consoles, his grey and blue uniform gleaming in the light of the bridge, holographic sensors binging around.

President Bastidas a six foot one tall, skinny, black haired brown eyed eighteen year old boy, walked in to the large operations room, the entire deck stood up at attention, he yelled out in a loud thunderous but friendly voice “At ease!” He smiled at bit as the entire bridge crew went to work quickly.
He looked at the commander who stared at him and stood at attention; rob asked “Are we ready to depart commander?” The commander responded haste fully “yes sir” rob responded his hands sliding down his side in a relaxed motion, “then make it happen I want us there, yesterday”

The commander nodded and turned to his helms officer who was already working on it, he said “you heard the man all hands prepare for temporal jump”

Quickly and surely the entire ship vanished, its form and its sleek hull shimmering in to the fabric of space. During the jump masses and waves of Beautiful colors strung around the ship, as it accelerated to unimaginable speeds.

Several moments later it was spat out in glorious array of colors right over the planet, the commander and rob stood looking over in to the dark void, as the ship rumbled to a stop, its engines cutting off, its form ominously floating.

The Son'a destroyer that was Admiral Ru'afo's ship sat with the colored tendrils of the Briar Patch nebula drifting as a backdrop to her curved features.

A message was sent:

This is the USS Defender, we request permission to beam down our delegate

A reply was transmitted from Ru'afo's ship as the battleship assigned to escort the Defender through the dangers of the Briar Patch slipped out of the nebula:

You will recieve co-ordinates once you've entered orbit around the planet. Please, while you are following your escort, do not exceed one-third of your top sub-light speed, otherwise your engines will overheat as they haven't been fitted to operate at one-hundred percent in this region.

Also, please do not deviate from the course as layed out by your escort. The nebula contains some explosive gas pockets that could be set off by your engine exhaust.

The Son'a battleship moved into formation alongside the Defender and gracefully led the more angled ship on the current safe route between the drifting and ever changing dangers of the Briar Patch.

OOC: The co-ordinates weren't for the planet. You're the third person I've had to remind, TFU. Next time, read the previous posts more carefully, please.

"Seaquestrian diplomacy; I've heard of stranger things. You know I once heard that the Miehmish stop between wars for some form of ceremonial tea; or that the Alterans build cities as large and ponderous as their egos, then hide them so they can't seem prideful. Once I even heard that an ancient civilisation built the universe so that they could see what it was to be god..."

"Is there a point to these ponderous ramblings?" Remiel rolled over, stretched out over a bed of black silk, his fingers tentatively roaming his bare flesh, drawing a soft sigh. "I have grander things to worry about than the meetings of those who consider themselves betters; designs, plans; an entire galaxy to subjugate."

"Ah...But this holds promise, love; one must know the game if he is to play it effectively."

"Ah next, Elsabet you shall be telling me not to hate the player, but hate the game..."

"Mm, always so cynical my Lord." She pressed herself against him, lips teasing breathily against his ear. "Why not send a diplomatic endeavor; you could always send me..."

"So eager to be free of me, blood-love?" He smirked, rolling over, pinning her, hands toying at her wrists. "I wouldn't lose you so easily; we have plans to discuss after all; sanctity before Chaos; black lace and yearning before the altars of the Gods."

"Of course." A moan, a stiffled sigh of Slaanesh's passionate gifts; both were equally skilled as lovers and possessed a sadistic yearning for grander pains and pleasures. "Who then? Who shall...." She bit her lip. "Who shall offer the cup?"

"I think Severino is bored..."

------------------

Seaquestrian point of meeting; Rendeavouz.

Seaquestrian vessels; his Lord, the Primarch Severino Jeriacor comes forth to have parley with you and your kind in representation of the glorious master of Chaos, Remiel De Drakan, God-Emperor of the Chronosian Imperium. Humble thyselves; the Lord of Warpcraft comes. Assured should you be of our intents; we would not be so fickle as to crush you in front of so many honored delegates.

The vessel tore free of the confines of the warp; an immense vessel gleaming like a cathedral amongst the pestilant stars; runes rrunning with glorious energy, sigils dancing with warding and the power of the bound and channeled Immaterium. A psychic choir sent a chilling chorus about the vessel; any psykers in the vicinity would doubtlessly hear the cacophany that rang like sweet music to the Master of the Sorcerous Art who dwelt upon his fel flagship, the Storm of Tzeentch.

Severino sat, hooded, even though the glorious helmet he wore adorned his hidden face in jewels, runes, and gold; blazing sigils daubed his armor; a cloak flowed about him, silk enstitched with shimmering runic patterns. In his hand, a staff coiled; whispering and dancing with symbols engraved even within symbols; a formless energy seeming to surround the material of the staff itself.

Guards flanked him, immense armored juggernauts; his chosen; Lords of his First and Second Companies. Their hidden faces and blank eyes betrayed nothing, save loyalty till death to their ruinous master.

"And now we wait." A hissed sigh. "Ah, my whorish sibling; how you reduce me to this. I had workings that ought to have been Cast; the Glyph worlds need my continual ministrations. My offerings grow grander and more urgent. Still, I shall endure; that my researches might continue uninhibited."

He was the master of the Sorcerous Art; lord of the Black Academy, High Alchemist and Loremaster of the Imperium. There was no art at which he had not tried his malignant craft; no power he had not sought to tame...

OOC: Sorry about the delay, Chrono.

IC: Ru'afo's ship sent the usual greeting message as the battleship assigned escort to these new arrivals slipped out of the twisting mists of the nebula:

Welcome to the Briar Patch. Due to safety concerns, we must ask you to maintain a speed of only one-third of your top. This due to the fact that ships need to be specially fitted to operate inside the nebula at one-hundered percent. Those that aren't that travel faster than one-third will have their engines meltdown, thus stranding them amoung the shifting gasses of the nebula.

Also, please do not deviate from the course as set by the escorting ship. The escort will take you on the safest route through the nebula to avoid the randomly drifting pockets of explosive gas.

Not sure how the Chronosians would react if they came up close and joined formation with them, the Son'a battleship assigned escort simply came to a point five kilometers in front of the Storm of Tzeentch and rotated so she was now facing the way she had come.

Once the Chonosian vessel had entered orbit around the planet after the hours long trip through the nebula, they would be given the same co-ordinates as everyone else. Weather they beamed down, landed their ship, or sent a shuttle was up to them after that.

IC: Ru'afo watched the display of the Thrasian craft as they darted about.

He sent a simple transmission to their main ship as the battleship that was to escort them through the Briar Patch emerged from the gaseous clouds:

With that, the battleship came about and joined in formation with the Thrasian craft to lead them on the hours long trip through the nebula to orbit around the planet.

Once in orbit, the Thrasians, Solarians, and Bekhaerans would be given the same co-ordinates to the same grassy plain as the Tigerlans had been. They were also given the same option of either beaming down, landing, or sending a shuttle to said co-ordinates.

Major Ibram nodded as he listened to the reply from the SeaQuestians. He turned to the captain who stood nearby the helm.

"Captain, I will take my mobile suit in with our Taurus escort. You are to remain here with a holding pattern. Feel free to have some R&R."

"Are you sure that is wise Major?"

"Don't worry captain," said Major Ibram, he walked to the rear of the bridge to the elivator leading to the docking bay. "- I will be fine. And I will have my Tallgeese, so there will be no need to worry."

The tall white-blue armor of the Tallgeese mobile suit reflected the light of lamps hanging throughout the docking bay. The two Taurus suits had come in as well, their OZ pilots and personnal guards of Ibram were standing nearby in their uniforms.

A engineer saluted as Major Ibram walked down the catwalk and stopped beside the Tallgeese.

"Be taking her out for a' spin Major?"

"Yeah Mike, I will be. Since the Corsica would only be in the way," replied Ibram. He opened the hatch to the Tallgeese and stepped in. He felt comfortable in the cockpit, the leather seat molded to him from years of familiarity.

"All systems check. Computer register all systems," said Ibram. His main monitor came on and began operating according to the voice-activation system.

Major Ibram opened up a comm line. "Otto, Velice get to your suits."

"Already there," came Otto's voice. The two black Taurus suits began moving into launching position. Ibram could see through his cockpit entrance that both were ready for anything.

"Very good Otto, just hold your horses," said Ibram. He brought the rest of his mobile suits systems online.

"Zero System fully operational," said a computerized voice.

"Belay activation of the Zero System; operational only on my command," said Ibram. He didn't want his main combat system being operational on a diplomatic mission.

"All systems green," said the voice again.

The engineer Mike stuck his head in. "Your all ready to go Major. Good luck."

"Thanks Mike," said Ibram. The hatch closed and the cockpit went black until the vid-screens came quickly online.

Ibram opened a comm line to the Seaquestian battleship.

"SeaQuest battleship. This is Major Ibram, dignitary of Thrashia. We'll be following you with three of our mobile suits. I will be piloting one. With me are my two aides. This I hope is in accordance with any rules you may having according to vessels. Our mother ship will remain here in a holding pattern."

The klick wide DSV owned Son'a ship offered a unique opportunity in this case.

The C.O. of the ship sent the Major a response:

Your mothership would have been quite welcome. Also, judging from the size and design of your current craft, you can land in our hangers and we can go our full speed and get to the planet in around an hour.

The hatch for the ship's hanger slid open. The chamber was located on the back of the central spar that the 'wings' sprouted from. The forcefield keeping the bay pressurized was invisible at the moment, but it would flicker when the Thrasian suits entered.

As for the matter of leaving the bay later, the AG field could be deactivated and the ship could move foward, thus allowing the mecha to 'drift' out without any complicated launch system.

The course set by the escorting Son'a battleship took them within a kilometer of several pockets of metreon gas, a highly volatile substance of unknown composition. These yellow-greenish clouds within the nebula were usually avoided at all costs as no one knew for sure how much the minum required for setting it off was.

After the usual several hours, escort and escortee emerged in the clearer area around the ringed planet. The usual transmission containing the co-ordinates to the field where the others had beamed down or landed their ship or a shuttle was transmitted to the TFU vessel.

An Alteran woman in the garb of the diplomatic branch of the navy walked over once the mechs had landed. She had been waiting in the control room because she didn't want them to land on her head.

She gave the usual bow in greeting that one would expect from people belonging to a nation with ties to the SeaQuestian Empire. She straightened up and smiled.

"Welcome aboard," she said offering her hand, "I'm Lieutant Abhrams."

"Your architecture is a fine match for any that our allies; those who forged the Atria-Porta; could have produced. Since your civilisation is descended from theirs, and you use much of their technology; I must comment that this city is most pleasing in form and function. Yet trapped in it; decadant and stale. What the Changer would give to work his will upon one of these glorious edifices. What a sacrifice it would make.

You know, I trust, that the natural state of the Universe is boundless Chaos. Without Chaos there can be no progress; no evolution of form; no change. Rather, it would remain; stagnant; unchanging; bound by the manifold chains of Order. That is not what is to happen...Flux is important.

Impressive; none the less. We have crafted grander edifices true enough; but you have some skill."

"I wouldn't exactly describe change as chaotic," said a silver furred Furling as the pilot of the ship seemed to vanish below decks and she gave the usual bow in greeting, "but it can be at times.

"As for our ancestors, SeaQuest DSV is an off-shoot of SeaQuest and is thus another branch of the Alteran nation tree. That's the government's position on the matter. A quite logical one, I might add, if you go back and actually look at the period when the first branch was made. The only debate now is which is the original branch and which is the first off-shoot.

"Oh," she smiled, "I'm Ambassador Lorinxx. Would you mind waiting for all the delegates to arrive? According to my info, only one group has yet to reach the planet yet.

"If you wish, there is some refreshments over there," she points at a near-by table where various food and drink have been set-up.

We were able to pit varying factions against the Republic, eventually resulting in the seclusion of the Taledonian race. We take great pride in this. Greater still in the Black Crusade which laid low Azaha for the Glory of Chaos; or the Dratherian war which resulted in them being robbed of their temporal and superweapon technology." Severino grinned almost impishly.

"We have also taken great interest in the Sith over the years; aiding them along their paths to glory. We have been instrumental in so many occurances and wars; it is an art form to be practiced. Ultimately the Khornates hold the honro of the grandest of glories; three of my brothers follow the path of the Blood God. I myself am a devotee of Tzeentch; Lord of magic, change and blackest sorcery. Tzeentch's touch to warp and despoil a thousand worlds; and a million suffering servants to fall into the passionate embrace of Slaanesh; to be defiled in countless different ways and methods. Pain and pleasure to split them and remake them utterly.

My Brother; the Emperor, Remiel; he died long ago; at the hands of a Jedi by the name of Daniel Masaki. In vengence, the Gods split the very heavens and they decried this outrage, that our brother might not slip from their grasp. Such a favored servant was he. He ripped himself free from the womb of a woman; splitting her stomach. He set the system of his rebirth to burning in the name of Chaos; and he returned; to slaughter our Daemon father. Mighty was the offerings that paved his way; great were the feastings long after. He remade the Imperium. Even the Sith, Nightshade, is afraid of him! All the cosmos should live in fear of his touch. Law cannot rule supreme; or there would be no progress; simply stagnation. You place your faith in misguided philosophies and champion Light. But it is far easier to quash the light within oneself; than to destroy the darkness all about you."

"Murder is divine. In old Terran myth, there is a tale of two brothers who desired the love of god. One offered blood, raw, steaming flesh to his god. And that god was appeased. The other offered his crops; his livelyhood, gathered and prepared for his lord. His fingers had bled and he had wept bitter tears. And this god rejected his sacrifice. So he made a new sacrifice. The first part of him; his beloved, his brother. Khorne touched that mans heart that day. Khorne drove him to kill and maim and murder and forsake all false gods.

You say there is nothing divine about murder? Why them, from rim to core; do the disciples of Khorne spill blood and take Skulls?"
