The Zephyrian nation, known for its respect of the Jesuits (who brought Catholicism to the Zephyrians) have come onto the world stage, under a new Queen who is only 11 years old. The Queen, Emily I was the only child of King Ignatius XI (named after St. Ignatius of the Jesuits). Emily's mother, Michelle is an advisor to Emily along with several of her father's advisors.
Catholicism is the state religion but all faiths are tolerated in Zephyria. Queen Emily lives in the Court of St. Ignatius The Jesuit along with her mother and others.
Zephyria looks forward to open relations of diplomacy with the nations of the world.

Pythogria recognizes Royal Zephyria as a sovriegn state, and also recognizes the rule of Emily I, and thus will not intervene in your affairs unless human rights are violated.
May your new queen's rule be long and prosperous. Perhaps an alliance is an order? Perhaps trade even? Want to join our Nuclear Protection Act?

To explain the pact, it basically means if you need nuclear assistance from me, you can take it without my (Supreme General's) permission. However, the strike must only be in defense. As in, you can only nuke someone with my wrheads (5,000 of them) if you were nuked (or hit with other WMDs) first.

Now, should you require any other assistance, you need only ask. If you need help building a military for defense (or attack, of course!) we could sell you weaponry.
OOC: OOC means out-of-character, so this is me (as a real person) speaking, not a fcticous person (the Supreme General). To let you know, if you buy Pythogrian equipment, it's basically super-heavy duty armor, tough weapons, hi-tech, and a bit slow. Of course, my planes are fast and have little armor, as... well, they need to fly.
