Moments after he seized power, the Supreme Comrade of the New Red Faction wanted to end opposition. "I want to end opposition, and that means attacking the NSSR." said Supreme Comrade of the New Red Faction. The Supreme Comrade ordered 500 heavy-bombers to attack the NSSR's largest city, Scherbgrad.

The 500 bombers crossed the border and immediatly started taking heavy anti-air fire. Only about 50 bombers were lost. The bombers contnued to Scherbgrad.

"Sir, we are under attack!" shouted Private First-Class Smyth to the general. "What?" responded the general. "450 heavy bombers headed for Scherbgrad." PFC Smith pointed on a radar screen. "Well, we can't afford to lose many soldiers, as they are already deployed in the Black Winged Horde, but we must defend our homeland. Scramble the fghter jets and attack them immediatly.

Meanwhile, at an air force base south of New Moscow, fghter jets began to take off and head towards Scherbgrad. "Sir, we are approaching the enemy aircraft. Over." The fighter jets began to fire air-to-air missiles at the enemy bombers.

"Evade! Evade!" shouted the pilot of one of the bombers. It was too late. A missile hit the wing of the bomber and it exploded, hurtling towards the earth. More bombers were hit, but the bombers had a secret weapon. Each bomber had 4 turrets, each equipped with 2 .50 caliber machine guns. The bombers we getting beaten, but they started to fire back.

2 fighters were shot down by the enemy bombers, but they continued to fire. The bombers outnumbered the fighters 4:1, but the fighter pilots never gave up hope. "We can try to drive them towards Scherbgrad Air Force Base, and then our anti-air there can help us out, over." sad one pilot into his radio. "Roger that, ace 1. Everyone, drive them towards Scherbgrad AFB, and they will be destroyed! Over." A few more fighters had been shot down, but that didn't matter. "Scherbgrad AFB, be aware there may be some heavy bombers coming your way. Get ready your anti-air." said one pilot. ".....Roger that, ace 1. We will scramble a few fighters. Over."

"Someone is attacking Scherbgrad!!!!!" shouted General Mao jr. "We must do something," said Comrade Davis, " send 100,000 soldiers in the defense of Comrade Scherb!":mp5: 16:47 hours:
As the soldiers of Benlandngdo marched into the war zone, sudden fire broke out, "We are under attack!" shouted Pol-Pot jr. Within one hour the enemies were fought of with 82 dead and 243 wounded.:sniper:

Seeing as you, yourselves, are a socialist state, it would please us greatly if we were allowed to help you in your battle against such tyranny.

"Don't send anymore fghters. Send tanks, infantry and artilley. Destroy the enemy. We have already injured the nvaders crap army, and we will destroy them." said the Supreme Comrade.

Deltara, yes you can help. Send troops to Scherbgrad and help attack the invaders.

Deltaran troops, proffesional but numerous, were being mobilised yet again. Nearby naval vessels had already arrived, but troops were yet to. They would be arriving partially by air but mainly by sea. A bit more than the originally stated troops were being sent, but that was the one suprise element they had left. Nobody knew but them how many men actually were marching towards the warzone awaiting them.

General Jacobs commanded the defence of Scherbgrad. Troops would arrive soon, but by then it could all be over.

"yes, 600,000 new socialist soldiers are on our side!" yelled a scout. "good, we can start an offensive campaign," said Comrade Davis "send our airborne division into that Red guys teritory, who does he think he is, we should be on the same side against capatolism!". The Comrade asked for for Sherbs support with fighter cover and maybe an airborne division.

"All of our bombers have been destroyed, sir." said a soldier. "Destroy Scherbgrad" was all the Supreme Commader said. Somewhere in the, a soldier shouted "Fire!". An artillery battery fired, and seconds later, Scherbgrad was hit with a full blast of artilley. "Haha! Looks like we will reclaim Scherbgrad!" shouted the Supreme Comrade. "Send more tanks and infantry to Scherbgrad."

The planes, invisable against the sky, suddenly started droping thousands of paratroopers down to the ground. Before daybreak the communist paratroopers had about a two sqare mile perimeter. "On, to the capital!" said General Castro jr.

Deep within a neighbouring nation, an air base sat still. However, today, it would spring into life. Bombers left the ground, joint by fighter aircraft from two aircraft carriiers near NSSR. They flew over Scherbgrad, their targets were The New Red Factions troops near the city.

Without a word, the bomb doors opened, and spilled their payload. Twelve bombers, each carrying 10,000lbs of bombs, each unleashed a carpet bombing of the area.

There was no doubt it would be extremely devastating. That should of held them back until Deltaran troops could come to NSSR's aid.

The Red Army paratroopers charged towards the enemies capitol. They encountered little resistance, but they suffered a few casualties. The enemy capitol stood in front of them.

Meanwhile in Scherbgrad, allied bombers destroyed most enemies.

The NSSR sent bombers and tanks to attack the enemies capitol.

"Sir, we are taking heavy losses. Please advise." said a commander in the army. "I thought this would never have to happen. Permisson granted to use Project Fatman." said the Supreme Comrade. "Roger". Out of a silo in the Opfert Mountain Range, shot a massive ICBM. The missile shot throw the sky, to high to be shot, and hit Scherbgrad. Meanwhile allied troops closed in on Opfkopf, the nation's capitol. "Ambush the allies with any remaining troops. Out of the trees, soldiers ran, attacking the allied troops.

Benlandngdo's special Red Guard had been equiped for urban warfare. the collum of 1,000 men in the newest and best tanks moved down Red Faction's capital's Main Street...

The ICBM destroyed Scherbgrad. The once beautiful city was now lifeless and ruined. Most of the buildings now lay in rubble piles spilling into the street. All that remained was the government offces, and a few other buildings.

The allied troops fought off the attackers, and attacked Opfkopf. "Surrender or be destroyed!" shouted the Red Army Supreme Comrade over the phone to enemy commanders.

Heavy fire poured on the Red Guard soldiers. They called for reinforcements but everyone was pinned down...

"Ha! We have you pinned down!I will never surrender! I'd rather be tortureed than killed by your scumbag nation!" Shouted the Supreme Commader. Opfkopf was being destroyred, but the army stll was attacking the Red Guard, and they were pinned down.

An order came for all alled troops to evacuate Opfkopf. Somewhere in the mountains, a B-52 bomber loaded with a nuclear bomb fly towards Opfkopf. Over Opfkopf, the bomber realeased it's payload and quickly flew away.
"We win, surrender now. You have no army and OpfKopf is destroyed." said the Red Army Supreme Commander.

"To bad, I would have liked Opfkopf," said Comrade Davis "withdraw the guard and level the city, use ANYTHING possible, just destroy it!"

600,000 men were now within the borders. They moved quickly, attacking enemy outposts, destroying any enemy they found that proved hostile.

As soon as they the nations capital, they set-up solid defenses, including missile batteries and anti-aircraft weaponry, tank traps as far as five mile sout and a complictaed trench system. It was done exceedingly quickly, the troops were nowhere to be seen. One lone heavy machine gun position stood every half mile.

The trap was lain.

The Deltarans, after it had been witnessed that the enemies had pretty much destroyed each other, unveiled its true army. What stood before the enemy?

Nothing short of a fully fledged invasion force. Air superiority was beign fought for with an armada in the skies, and the navy had turned up in force.

I will, shoudl it come to such a thing, bring my men from the eastern front of my nation, where they are nothing more than a minor deterrent to Wittenburgia, all 2million of them, fully trained, proffesional.

However, a peace treaty would be preferable. We would like governmental charge of your nation (you have your nation, but consider it Deltaran). We would also defend it as our own, at the cost of it being, essentially, a colony. If we do not agree with a government, we will take measures to make it desirable. These are our terms.

Please fellow nations, remember an attack on Deltara is a very unwise move. Allies stretch far and wide, as diplomacy is a strong point of ours. Desspite our strong military, and excessive population, they will come into play if asked.

Even with nations with near 50% military enrollment, all deployed against us, we feel that it would still be unwise.

In Deltara, the defenses of the nation, after the great 27 year war ending not long ago, still stood. It would take something mightier than the Deltaran military to break them down.

"1st Infantry move!!" Shouts Kurkzakov " Lets move in to the countryside and try to get to outskirts of the capital

Severel minutes ago, the stupid Communist party board (AKA; my sister), voted for me to send 700,000 soldiers to aid the NSSR.

1st Infantry started to come under fire! "this is going to be a long day guys" said a soldier

"Snipers take positon!" snipers took positions outside of a village, and began firing at random civilians. "Air squadron 1, attack that vllage. "1st Armored! Suppirt the 1st Infantry!"

Meanwhile, infantry set up anti-air in New Moscow, and tanks started patroling the cty.

I'm a nation of 2.5 billion and I don't have anywhere near those numbers. I rather doubt your budget or population could support an army like that.

Some of the other things in this RP are a bit dubious as well... but meh.

Dax shrugs. "Not much different really. I still do all the work while you sit around and relax. I just couldn't throw things at you when I was frustrated."

Alhoun grins. "Same as ever, I see. What's been going on while I was at the conference?"

"Not too much." Dax glances at some papers. "The usual stuff in Klatch; someone else declared war on Kraven; Deltara marched in and took over during a battle between two smaller nations..."

"What?" Alhoun stops dead.

"I said, Deltara mar..."

"No, I heard you. Doesn't that sound a bit familiar?"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean Banduria."

A shadow crosses through the room as the name of one of Czardas's bitterest enemies is unleashed into the sudden silence.

"What about it?"

"During a civil war in Nueve Italia Banduria, a larger and more militarily powerful nation, stepped in ostensibly to aid the legit government, and ended up taking over the whole country and nuking them into plate glass when they refused to co-operate."

Dax looks rather dismayed. "We wouldn't want that to happen again, though, would we?"

"What do you think?"

So back to work again, five minutes after his return, Alhoun sends a message to Deltara.

We notice with some concern that you have chosen to take over the NSSR after aiding it in battle. These actions strike a chord with Czardas as being reminiscent of the Nueve Italian incident, which led to the deaths of literally billions. We would like to request that you stand down your hostile takeover at once and withdraw all military forces to Deltara, leaving the nation as status quo antebellum. Actually, we'd rather like to demand that. Otherwise, you may well find yourselves in deep shit. Our military is on full readiness to deal with a Kraven threat, so be warned.

We are indeed with you, and against Deltara. However, we don't exactly support the usage of nuclear weapons earlier on in this war either, but this really isn't the time.

If you thought about the RP rather than the nation, my plans were to have a general brining his own troops into the nation, rebbelious so to speak. The invasion force came from Deltara trying to stop such an outbreak of war, since some nations have and clearly will without much cause WMDs. I simply presented it as an invasion force so that it would add a spark to it.
