In Kubra, the private sector is ruled by the automobile industry and information technology. Both these industries contimually compete for dominance. The Coonan automobile industry has been successful in buying out all of the autombile industry. The KTR (Kubran Technology Researching) had successfully run other information technology companies out of the country.

The KTR designed an engine that could run on the air around it, removing the constant need for fuel. Meanwhile, Coonan designed a fanning system for thier engines that could cool far better than previous designs, making engines run at faster speeds without the threat of overheating. The KTR saw this fan as a solution to the melting of computer componentsw caused by the inability of other fans, while Coonan saw the new engine as a way to further their profits even more than the new fan. Instead of trading technology and letting both have a piece of the action, both companies tried to steal the technology from the high-security vaults used by both companies to guard precious secrets. Both companies were unseccussful in infiltrating the vaults, and were discovered. Both companies were enraged by these attempts, and conflicts soon broke out.

It started as a lawsuit. Because both companies did the same actions, no one could win. Both companies were fined for a large amount, and the corporate infiltrators were sent to rehabilitation centers. Angered by the fines, KTR broke out their infiltrator. In the process, the Coonan infiltrator was shot by KTR company soldiers. Soon, armed conflict broke out.

Police forces attempted to calm the hostilities, but proved unsuccessful. Both companies used their wealth to secure weapons enough to combat the police, as well as the militia soldiers. Somehow they have managed to secure weapons that are usually used by military forces, such as tanks and artillery. Currently, the name of the supplier is unknown.

The militia soldiers managed to secure a KTR facility and have discovered the KTR have managed to construct a nuclear missile using aquisitions from the black market. Also, an inside informant has confirmed that Coonan has managed to secure a biological chemical agent. They are turning to the black market to gain SCUD missiles and launchers.No , te threat of nuclear and biological attack looms over Kubra.

Alvin stared at the report, his face going white with fear. If the companies were successful in constructing the weapons of mass destruction and building silos in remote locations, it could lead to attacks on cities. That would mean the death of thousands of civilians. A statement would need to be made to the public, something he was dreading. Of course it had to be done. He pressed the button on his com box and spoke.

"Dianna, set up a press conference", He said to the box. "six thirty sharp, alert the media". Then he paused in thought. "Also, send a plea for help", he said.

Currently, Kubra is in a critical situation. Our 2 dominate countries have entered armed conflict, and are currently trying to eliminate each other. People have been lurd into their private militaries because of the promise of wealth. Currently, our own armed forces are having difficulty suppressing the violence. Recently, we have also discovered that they have acquired weapons of mass destruction. It may take us long to discover the remote facilites they are using to store them. By the time we find thme it could already be too late. Necause of that, we need the help of other nations. These remote silos need to be tracked down and destroyed as soon as possible.

The minister of homeland security paced around his study, occasionally looking out the window to observe the soldiers doing morning training excercises. Something needed to be done to find the silos currently being constructed by the KTR and Coonan. They had a choice of either invading company buildings in attempt to find any indication of where the weapons currently were, or they could go on a wild guss and probe the Kubran rainforests. The top officials were pressuring him for a descision, and it became quite taxing on him. If he didn't think of something soon, he would be fired.

Invading corporate offices could lead to violent conflicts, but would probably be faster than searching on a guess. Probing the forests would be slower, but less violent. Then again, if it turned out the missile parts and SCUDs were in grassland or hidden in a barn then they would probably not find them.

The Secret Airfield at Waccacia is home to many of Mondoth's 'First Strike' weapons among these, the RS-119 reconaisance aircraft. Although not technically a weapon, the RS-119 provides Mondoth's Military they intelligence it needs to perform even the most basic 'First Strike' scenarios.

taking off just before dusk, the three aircraft tasked with the initial sweep for the hidden corporate weapons silos took ful advantage of the darkness to sneak out of Mondoth's ocmprehensive Air Search network without alerting civilian radar sets or aircraft to their deployment.
The RS-119s stayed low until meeting up with a refueling aircraft just off Kubra's coast to take on fuel for the search mission. After aking on fuel the three aircraft tipped upwards into the upper layers of the atmosphere to begin the search pattern with a variety of High-Tech surveilance equipment.

In the office district within Karkand, bullets were flying. 50 KTR soldiers had met up with a group of 60 Coonan soldiers. Bullets were flying everywhere, civilians were fleeing and dying. Police forces were dispatched to put down the latest firefight. From one of the tall skyscrapers, A sniper lookedo ut of the 5th floor window. She smashed the glass and pointed her rifle thorugh. Scanning the ground, she noticed 3 KTR soldiers. Taking careful aim, she fired a bullet at the middle one. The hsot missedl, but it was a semi-automatic sniper rifle. She took another shot, that pegged the man in the throat.

The images from the first search pattern were already being analyzed before the planes had even left Kubran airspace, having been uploaded by sattelite to a secured intelligence analysis center.
Pouring over the images from a variety of angles, passes and imagery equipment the analysts quickly identified several silo's. The locations of the identified silo's was on its way to the Kybran government, alongside an offer to attak the silo's with stealth bombers, even as a second search pattern was begining to search for more silos.

Back at the office district, more bullets were flying. Both sides had called in reinforcements. The KTR soldiers in their blue and grey uniforms marched thorugh the streets, excecuting witnesses. Coonan soldiers were overrun and hastily started to withdraw down to the southern industrial district. Police forces continued to resist, though. Militia forces advanced forwards with tanks provided for them. The KTR were not as quick to mobilize their tanks. Shells ripped open the bodies of corporate soldiers with explosive force. The tanks forced onwards, crushing soldiers beneath them. Then the Eryx launchers went into action, and most of the Kubran tanks became smoking wrecks.

Waccacia airbase holds far more than just spy planes. Included on its flight is the B-7 'Banshee' Mondoth's premier Strategic bomber aircraft. As soon as Kubra gave permission for their deloyment, the alert went out and in less than an hour, a single B-7 was in the air. It followed the same basic flightplan as the RS-119's, staying low until refueling outside Kubran airspace, and then gently gaining altitude until by the time it made landfall it was at its operational altitude high in the upper reaches of the atmosphere. The powerful staleht bomber made its way to the identified silos like a shadow, slinking through the sky until it reached the drop point when the uniquely designed bomb-bay doors opened. The doors were what gave the 'Banshee' its name, designed to minimize the radar cross section and parasite drag the bomb-bay doors normally created when opened, these doors featured a variety of curves and dog-toothed edges, as well as a par of flaps at the leading and trailing edges of the bomb-bay itself, when the setup was opened, the combination of edges and the flaps caused the wind to whistle through the bay, sounding like the scream of the mythical demon. The 2000 pound Bunker-Buster bombs slid throught he hellish, screaming opening into the void of air, sliding down as if on tracks, guided by GPS towards the smallish targes many thousands of feet below.
